Haha... Blood pressure for me is chaotic to say the least. For years, I would have high blood pressure until about an hour after i had breakfast. Those times I learned the pressure because dentists would refuse treatment, then i would go to eat and they would check it again and it would be normal. Normally my BP runs about 165/92. I was given the medicine ENALAPRIL which seemed to lower it a little. Yesterday I did not take the medicine as it was all gone. I was at the hospital getting an injury checked and my BP was 196/108. The doctor freaked and told me to take a pill and go lay down to be monitored. Asking if i had a headache or felt dizzy. I felt normal and explained i had not eaten yet and needed some food and the pressure would lower again. The doctor was reluctant to allow me to leave and said I would do it against the doctors advice. Needless to say, the pressure lowered after I ate and took my medicine while at home. Your pressure changes constantly, hunger, pain, stress, activities will make it higher. You need to check your pressure when you are relaxed and fed. Then decide if it is high or not. The pills i was given lowers my pressure only a little. The doctors say i have hypertension only. Also, to note. the pills they gave me previously took a couple weeks to begin showing any sign of my pressure lowering. I have a blood pressure machine at home now to check daily that i bought in Lazada. But usually I only check when I feel something is off.

She gave no information about a plan to either end the wars or about arms we ship there that are bombing Russia. Which seems pretty important given Putins threats against the west fo retaliation allowing our bombs to be use this way. She said nothing about the economy of jobs or the trade with China. She said absolutely nothing of worth.

There is no profiling done to be a teacher in Thailand. Any pervert can be in charge of your child or classroom and until they are caught, there is nothing that can be done. The teachers in Thailand command an excessive amount of authority over the kids as well. Most children would be afraid to say anything to family should their teacher touch the wrong places or actually sexualy abuse them. Peer pressure would also prevent that. We as parents always need to be watching our childs behavior to be able to see signs of abuse in the schools. Most times it is not enough. The school system needs to do psych screening and personality screening for all the teachers. So many have issues like violence and control issues that would deem them a risk to teach kids. With all the money the government spends on the school system ( one of the highest amounts in the world) surely they can use some of that money to ensure the type of teachers being hired.
