  1. Hi,

the problem started about 2 weeks ago when the Waterpump stopped working over night.

I woke up in the morning and realized that there is no water in the taps.

I checked the pump and it was very hot. Switched it off for a while to cool down and then it worked for half a day before it doesn't switch of.

My first idea was that it doesnt get enough water and I checked the footvalve in my underground tank.

It was very corroded and the spring was missing (rotten away). So I replaced it with a new one.

Since then the Pump working ok put it takes longer to build up the presure to switch of and evey morning we have a lot of air trapped in our watersystem.

I drained the pump, primed it again and released all the air around the house and garden from taps, showers and toilets but it's still the same every morning (no problem at daytime).

Does anyone have an idea what the Problem can be?

Maybe the presure switch or the Airvalve or is the pump on it's last legs?

I have a Mitsubishi WP-305QS Waterpump (4 years old) in a 2 story house with 6 bathrooms and a pool.

Would be great if someone has a advise what to do.

    thanks

  2. At the Dealer in Banglamung (Thaiyont) there was one in Black in the Showroom about a month ago.

Had a look at it when I brought my new Fortuner for the break-in service (1000km).

It's a nice car and i would prefer it over every Fortuner, but the missus want to have the fortuner and they always get what they want ????

I think the new Dealer in Na Jomtien (Sukhumvit south of Pattaya) will also have one because they have a much bigger and nicer Showroom.

Or just use Android Auto or Apple Carplay...Works fine in my civic.

Impossible with a Toyota factory Satnav.

I think Toyota is the only manufacturer in the world who doesnt have Apple carplay or Android Auto.

It's beyond my understanding why they dont listen to their customers and the biggest Downside of a Toyota Vehicle.

As far as i know Toyota refuses to equip their cars with one of these Systems because they want to use their own System.

    Update:

Finaly Toyota jumps on the Android Auto train after years of pushing back on it.

But i think it will take a couple of years until it land in Thailand too.

  4. If you want to spend $1000 on a AV only then i would go for the Yamaha RX-A880 (because I'm a yamaha fan).

You can also take the RX-A1070 for a similar price. It's the higher range Model but from 2017.

Similar priced devices from Denon, Marantz, Onkyo or Pioneer are also a good choice.

Do you have a picture of it? And which area of the market he found it?

It's not the style you're looking for but they have many different styles and they can do anything you want on order.

I can't remember where it was but there are 2 or 3 shops almost next to each other.

When you walk trough the market a couple of times I'm sure that sooner or later you will find it.

You can use the same method to build a whole house protection box using higher rated MOVS. Maybe include gas arrestors and spark gaps to make a level one box.

I'm interested into building a whole house box for myself, what kind of MOV's would you recomend?

My house electrics are 3 Phase and i would like to protect all of them (of course ????)

How would this setup look like?
