This thread is not about Germany - it's about the pessimism that experts have in regards to the near future of the UK economy. You can try to discredit those experts all you like, but the fact remains that their assessments are considered to be valuable.

I am extremely confident that our corrupt government has given a ridiculously overpriced contract for the provision of a poor quality service at an overinflated price to one of their own. That's what corrupt governments do and that is what our corrupt Tory government has done in this case.

In 2014 we were reliably informed that all the oil was gone, but thanks to the UK government's efforts, they have found enough for 100 new licenses to propel the UK to energy independence. I guess they had misplaced them 9 years ago. The people of South East England rejoicing once again at the prospect of so much more Scottish money coming their way.
