  1. since the nsa is forbidden to spy on americans in the usa

and since gchq is forbidden to spy on uk people in the uk

and since the 2 countries have a special relationship

when gchq wants to spy on uk people in the uk it uses the nsa

and when the nsa wants to spy on americans in the usa it uses gchq.

furthermore when it was discovered that gchq had been spying

on uk people in the uk retrospective legislation was passed

to make the practice legal. you just cannot win.

  2. here we go again.

the hang em high brigade are out in force.

    and it is aple again

who take advantage of widespread poverty and poor -- and often corrupt -- law enforcement

while of course this case is disgusting and wrong

in what sense is this trafficking?

trafficking is the movement of a person from one place to another is it not?

Do you actually know the difference between libel and defamation? I had a boring one year of law school, just wondering.

libel and slander are english torts. a tort is a civil wrong.

other western countries have a similar system.

libel is when you write and publish something negative about a person.

slander is when you spread negative stories about a person by word of mouth.

a defense for both slander and libel is truth but it is seldom used since the slander and libel can become worse.

defamation is a thai legal term which covers both libel and slander.

truth is not a defense for defamation.

hence you cannot write or talk about a criminal in thailand since he or she  can then sue you for defamation.

It's just barely possible that a stronger legal framework might be something called the Constitution of the United States.  It established a system of government that has 3 branches: executive, legislative, and judicial.  A system of checks and balances. Does any of this ring a bell with you?

yes in theory it is a great system but it has a serious flaw which is being exploited.

while the executive branch which is the president and the legislative branch which is the senate and the house of representatives are all elected,

the judiciary which is the supreme court is appointed by the president.

the founding fathers could not have conceived the duplicity that is modern man.

instead i prefer our british system which has no written constitution and has so many different checks and balances

that it is almost impossible to hijack the system.

International cooperation regarding  travelling sex offenders needs sorting out. So many of this kind out there and information not openly shared .

Why isn't there a global bulletin board for all law enforcement agencies to check regarding sex offenders?

Photos, crime and place. Ignore the murderers and fraudsters,  just get this one going. Easily done but not existent. Still bilateral. Get multi.

there is a global bulletin board.

they are all listed on a secret group on facebook.

the ngo volunteers and most of the service workers in thailand like security guards and taxi drivers have access to it but not the police.

  6. the banned first verse refers to the unification of the 35 separate states of germany not to hitlers plans for world domination.

the second verse, also banned, refers to wine women and song.

only the third verse can be sung today without causing offense.

the swastica is a good luck symbol adopted by the nazi party.

hitler liked to eat mashed potatoes and carrots.

what a pity the nazi party did not adopt the christian crucifix

so that then we might then ban it.

after all they were all catholics were they not.

    Could try this,

    - Raspberrry Pi3  about Bt1600

    - micro SD card min 8 Gb , better 16 GB for persistent storage Bt 250

    - Logitech keyboards+mouse Bt 600

    - power supply Bt 250

and just plug it in the HDMI socket of a TV set.

    - use Pixel as OS, with a persistent setup, for storing some stuff on the microchip

yes i was thinking the same only the arm cpu is very slow.

also no sata port so a hard drive need to be connected to a usb port.

where would you go looking for this sort of stuff?

  8. anybody know why it is not possible to replace the rechargeable batteries mounted inside a laptop battery?

it would save a lot of money.

a problem seems to be that the connectors for the rechargeable batteries are welded to the connectors and not soldered.

the process can be quite dangerous.

there was a report of a shop in an it mall that would replace them for you.
