Do as I say but not as I do!!!
Isn't that the RTP? ? But you're correct.
He is just currying favour with the civil service for their votes! He's transparent as a piece of glass.

Fluffs around the edges of minor problems because he is unable or unwilling to deal with big issues e.g. corruption, cronyism, road trauma etc. - ad infinitum ad nauseam! ?
Add your own favourites.

Unfortunate, but largely true.
I think there are probably some decent cops around but not enough to make a quality difference to the R(?)TP. Should be just named Thai Police.

I used to be confused, now I am lost - is this topic about global warming/climate control or plastics etc. pollution? ?
Plastics etc. pollution has been done to death on here before and nothing has changed.
Global warming/climate control is heading the same way.

Quite obvious that you have little knowledge nor understanding of the traditional Thai elite/associated Thai militarism and what they profess and have practiced for decades.....

Whether that involves actually jumping from a plane/helicopter at a height of more than 3 metre is anyone's guess.
Nah, be realistic - it is for jumping off the office chair!

The fact that elections were regularly promised (but not kept to) is not 'fake news'? Hmmmmm....................Pol Col Siriwat Deephor perhaps has not thought "fake news" through?
Although the case he made an example of does need attention!
Afterthought - what about religion? ? ?

The United States, however, applied the same principle against emerging economies like China and India, and refused to ratify the protocol,
Yes, Thailand is very close to two of the world's biggest polluters #1China #3 India. Until they (along with #2 USA) genuinely tackle the 'problem' nothing will change.

Global warming is completely fake..Nothing to worry about...The Greenies that want to tax you into poverty to save the earth is some thing to worry about....
Global warming is real (has also happened in the past history of our planet - end of the Ice Age?). Humans maybe contributing to it, not causing it. And tax is not going to stop it.
Was this the beginning of the end of the last modern ice age? ?

That photo from his show (scam - free services ?) and the story of it being voted the best for 'people' is truly brilliant.
Do I detect some sarcasm? Give him a break, he's a comedian!

Large breakfasts and lunches and small dinners are the way to go.
Breakfast like a King.
Lunch like a Prince.
Dinner like a Pauper.
I must admit I do not quite follow that - more like:
Breakfast like a Prince
Lunch Like a Pauper
Dinner (big on protein and very light on carbs) like a King.

travel magazine, Conde Nast Traveler.
Who? Methinks that the PM is being selective.
"Best country for people"? Drive/ride and die? Be one of the 60+ people who die on the roads everyday! He must be appealing to those with suicide tendencies. ?

Try konjac noodles for low carb with fibre.
Try eating fruit for fiber! It maybe more cost effective? But, whatever it is you are eating, for fiber, soluble fiber is probably better than insoluble fiber. Both have their uses though.

the forum is full of fake experts with opinions that probably never skipped a meal in their life but they know it is bad... lol ... do one hour intensive exercise in the gym and maybe you burn 300-500 calories, or you skip breakfast everyday and you have same gains or losses... if you are over 40 years old, you should only eat 2 meals a day anyway.... all the bullcrap about having to snack is nothing more than an invention of the .... snack industry... your grandparents never snacked on fake foods... you see the results in the streets everywhere... I did not see many fatties 10+ years ago but now it start to be more & more
50 kg... you GF or wife is light enough, but if she wants to try, why not...
post a pick of her
I think your definition of "snacking" is misleading!
