I am a U.S. citizen living in Thailand, and I have studied this extensively. One cannot make a Will that covers all assets in all countries. The courts in each country will not recognize any part of the Will that discusses assets in a foreign country. So, finding a lawyer to do all that for you would be a difficult task. You need a separate Will for each country in which your assets reside. Fear not. Writing a Will that is legal in the U.S. for assets in the U.S. is so simple, why would you pay for a lawyer unless you needed to draft something like a "Living Trust" which requires a little more work. Google it, Youtube it, and you will find that Wills can be written by hand on a piece of scrap paper if you want. There are an abundance of "Will templates" online. Many are free. As for a Will in Thailand. As mentioned, it can only cover your assets in Thailand. It MUST be written in Thai language, but you can include an English translation, which is a good idea. There are a few requirements for Thai Wills which must be adhered to but nothing difficult (e.g., must identify the executor, etc.). You can pay big money for a lawyer which is what I did the first time, then I learned how easy it was, and did all my revisions myself. And take caution. When I trusted the Thai law firm to write my Will in Thai language, they used low-level admins to write it. Then I went to a second translation service and found many incorrect translations.

Pulse Clinic is a popular chain brand, also Medconsult offers treatment, and Transcend Clinic is focused on it. But prices vary largely depening on the initial screening package they offer. As it was told to me, the reason some initial screening packages can be costly is because the doctor needs to understand your overall bloodwork to see what are the causes of your low TRT. In my case, I get regular health checkups already, so I already know I am healthy. Therefore, I chose the screening package at Transcend Clinic, which was great value and cheaper than the other brands. My T levels were so low, there was no downside to trying it. I have no regrets. The results are amazing. I recommend you follow a regular monthly testing program offered by the clinics until you know what your dosage and frequency needs to be. Then, you can decrease the blood testing and find a clinic that will help you do your own injections at home, with occasional blood tests. There are also, pills, creams, etc. available if that is what you want. I was happy with Transcend Clinic because the doctor provided all options to me, we review the lab report together, and let me decide what to do without pushing me in any direction.

Thanks. I just moved and True wouldn't offer me the "Gold" or "Platinum". Although my old room still has it. . For new installation, I was only offered the TrueID with NOW app packages. This is downtown Bangkok.

I just upgraded my True connections after moving to a new condo. All the old stuff is gone. They offer now what they call TrueID for internet (basically an internet box with a few basic Thai language "live TV" channels and some random Thai movies). You can upgrade and pay for more Thai channels if you want. But if you want the old TrueVisions "Gold Package" or "Platinum Package", those are gone. You must download an App called "NOW" on your Smart TV, they pay the mega-premium for something inferior to what was available before. Immediately I noticed language settings were not remembered...everytime you change the channel, you must set the language to English again. And also, many of the English movie channels do not support Thai language subtitles anymore. Try sitting with your Thai loved one watching a movie in English and she cannot read the subtitles anymore.

I used to travel for work a lot and filled up passports frequently. For VISAs to other countries, hand over both the old and the new passport to Immigration when entering. Show them the VISA page. Immigration doesn't care...even entering China. For your Thailand VISA, take both passports to Immigration and they will transfer the stamp for you.

I had same problem. I bought some Borax on Lazada, mixed it with some sugar (with a few drops of water you can melt it in a pan and soak some cotton buds). I spread the soaked cotton buds around the infested areas. It was fun to watch the ants gather around and eat it up. Gone 2 years now.

My appointment is this Friday to receive my new Pink Card. Then I will trot off to SS office to sign up for my monthly payments to continue health insurance. I was told by the office that once I get the pink card, my old SSO# will disappear and be changed to the new Pink ID card number in the system. The old records are still in tact but now reference the new Pink Card#. You are saying that one cannot work under a Pink ID Card number? That sounds unrealistic. I would question more people on this one.

Give them whatever they want from you for now. In the future, your situation will change, and their rules for that situation will change. If you challenge them, most likely you will not win. As others have said, get signed up on the government SSO website and monitor your contributions and expected benefits. For example. My situation was similar to yours. I worked in Thailand for 19 years. Two different work permits, always covered under government SSO health. Now retired, in order to continue coverage, I have 6 months to get a Thai ID Pink card and reapply for government health at my expense (no WP required anymore). As others have suggested, there becomes a huge nightmare changing SSO# tied to your passport number to your new Pink Card number, including all bank accounts, etc. Welcome to Thailand.

I used to have the same problem. Combination of stress, lack of sleep, and alcohol. I had it for many months. Eventually it disappeared. I wouldn't worry about it.

So, The Elite extension for another 10 yrs is essentially 40,000 thb/yr. Over 16 years, 6,770 thb/mo = 81,240/yr. My annual retirement Non-O extension costs me 1,900 thb/year. These people must be the ones burning money in the fire place to keep warm.
