You can speak English to the technical representatives of Lanko Building products for the next four days at the Buriram Home Expo. Lanko has on offer some worthwhile products to prevent cracks and to seal with cracks after the fact.

I would visit Global House in Khoen Kaen. for a sauna. They offer some very nice fiberglass spas and I viewed several saunas in that store in 2013. I've been told the Buriram Global House Store will have spas, massage tables and saunas at a very fair price.

He also works very closely with Hitachi Power Tools and the Managing Director of Hitachi Power Tools, Mr. Kazumi Hoida was at Ruangsangthai on Thursday to see the preparations for the 5 day Buriram Home & Tool Expo. The Hitachi Tools, Kanto Tools, Zinsano Pressure Washers, Nippon Paint, Delta paint, Briggs & Stratton will all have women with little technical knowledge in the booths to pose for photos. The Briggs & Stratton SP43-W is one of the few worthwhile 2 stroke brush cutters to consider according to the tool repair department manager who speaks English and Thai in Buriram.

I priced double glazed windows from Sun Paradise in 2007 for the 40 or so windows I had installed in Buriram. At the time it was out of my price range. Viva Board sold in Thailand is a "wood cement board" or "Cement Bonded Particle Board"and is not exactly the same as Shera, Conwood, Elephant, Diamond or Smartwood. It is almost like a very strong gypsum board usually in large sheets and certainly is used with metal framing. How one paints it or finishes it to look attractive may be up to the skill set of the workers. Much as a gypsum interior room can be inexpensive, but it will not be as sound proof or heat resistant as a AAC block wall rooms. The two story "public housing" projects of a previous Government scheme were built with pre-cast walls. I noted a Hitachi water pump being tested after a repair and it might be older than the five year warranty period. There must be similar family owned builders merchants who have an actual tool repair department with parts in stock, staff who can understand English and a policy of "rapid repair" in each province in Thailand not only Buriram Province. If Kannot is near Buriram he might bring his Zinsano Atlantic pressure washer to Ruangsangthai during the Home Expo as the Zinsano Sales manager for Thailand will be at the Expo. Certainly a product that is fixed on a daily basis at this tool repair center in Buriram. Seems they fix power washers seven days a week at this shop. Welpro welders are imported by the same company in Thailand as is Zinsano and I noted Welpro on the Buriram Home Expo sign.

It has been seven years since the autoclaved aerated CPAC light weight blocks were tiled in my house in Buriram. I will look through some older photos and see if the kitchen or bathroom walls were rendered prior to Weber affixation being applied when ceramic wall tile was put on the bathroom walls and kitchen walls. The OP might want to attend the Architect Expo in late April through early May in Bangkok at Impact to see many different building materials. No shortage of products and several quality custom window companies can show you examples of those photos posted by the OP. CPAC concrete will have a large part of the SCG booth and staff who can speak and understand English. I'l wager it would be hot as heck unless you had some great roof design and very wide covered verandas near those fixed windows. There is a huge benefit to wide verandas and windows that open with insect screens in my observations of living full time in Thailand for eight years. If the OP was near Buriram Province starting on Friday he could ask in English and get answers in English from Diamond Building Products or Thai Pride Cement company or Lanko Building products regarding his concrete or AAC wall block questions at the Buriram Home Expo. You might consider a night at the Klim Hotel in Buriram which has the same "industrial concrete" look as the photos posted by the OP. But this Buriram hotel is actually built with Diamond Autoclaved Aerated AAC Blocks and rendered to appear as concrete walls. The a/c bill and guest comfort would be "issues" in an actual concrete walled hotel.

Lanko sells some wall rendering products which might help him achieve his "look". My personal experience is that the autoclaved aerated wall blocks enable you to hide all your water pipes, both hot and cold, air conditioning pipes and cables, speaker wire, internet wire, phone lines, electric cables all in conduit and then rendered.

The Builders Merchants in Buriram who provide my wife with a Franklin Schafer well pump and Netafim Irrigation for her village vegetable garden are holding a five day "Buriram Home & Garden Expo" starting next Friday February 13th. The Thai Chinese owner, Mr. Pichai speaks English as well as Thai. He told me he will have many agricultural farming machines on display in various vendor booths, including English speaking staff of Netafim drip irrigation, Briggs & Stratton, Honda Power Products, Makita Tools and Garden products, Kwai Thong Farming Products, and some Chinese brands I was unfamiliar with. He also has typical Expo vendors such as water tanks, floor tile companies, power tool companies including Milwaukee Power Tools. Of note to me was how many managing directors and regional sales directors had confirmed attendance for one or more days in Buriram. There must be an sporting event or racing event to bring the CEO of Hitachi Power Tools to Buriram on a Friday for a builders merchants expo sale. Mr. Pichai told me he is making a major drive to have more solar installations for Thai farmers and for expats who have paid for land for a Thai spouse that did not have cost effective options from the PEA electric service to power water pumps. He will not have large tractors or fertilizers on display or for sale as he is the commercial landlord and not operator for several of those sort of farming business ventures in Buriram. The shop also stocks and installs lawn mower blades and lawn mower tires for many brands. The 10,500 baht self propelled lawn mower might not meet the needs of the OP who is looking for a commercial lawn mower.

I was told in English by the owner Mr. Pichai that he will have Briggs & Stratton, Honda, Makita, Kanto and Jupiter staff at his Buriram Home Expo starting next Friday who speak some English and primarily Thai. He said that much more robust grass mowers than a Bosch lawn mower would be on display and available to test drive. It must be possible in other provinces of Thailand, where a "water pump shop" who sell large municipal and commercial Italian water pumps also sell inexpensive brushless DC 24 volt water pumps powered by solar panels that can be moved each day. Irrigation water for crops drawn from a river, a pond or a well is not rocket science and it can and is powered by mobile solar panel installations in Buriram Province. You could speak English to the Thai - Chinese owner of Ruangsangthai builders merchants in Buriram or with his British Solar department manager in person in Buriram at the Buriram Home Garden Expo Event Open Day next week. You can speak English with the Buriram Netafim irrigation representative in person at the Buriram Home Expo February 13th through February 17th while enjoying free Pizza from Roma Pizza cooked at the Builders Merchants. There must be other family owned water pump shops in other parts of Isaan where the owner can speak English and is familiar with pumping water in an inexpensive and safe manner for crop irrigation. I know where my wife got her Schaefer Franklin well pump and netafim garden and crop irrigation drip system for a village in Buriram and it was not at an air conditioned modern trade store that sold furniture and curtains.

You could buy a solar pump for a pond that is portable. You could ask in person to the Mitsubishi technical representative who speaks and understands English at the Buriram Home and Garden show starting next Friday at the Buriram Builders Merchants. Certainly the owner of most any "pump shop" could answer your questions in person and show you pumps to meet you rneeds and in your budget.
