Maybe the letter is created at international or trade divisions, I would ask their call centre for further information 02888888 ask to speak to a consultant they may be able to request the report and email it to you, digitally signed pdf.or can they send to local branch office Or contact call centre from their local branch and have staff member explain to call centre your requirements Or go to a trade/international branch and ask there how they can provide the letter

  6. SCB will not Know what you are talking about as the Wise transfer to them comes from another Thai bank as a local transfer

  8. I have been getting extensions for retirement for 20 years also and never once needed to call for a bank manager,maybe because I have steered clear of BKK bank.
  9. Yeah take your friendly bank manager to immigration for a chat so the manager can be made aware of what immigration requires of him and his branch Simples

  11. If you are using Wise for your transfers then you have a problem as your deposits SCB will code them as a local transaction. You will have to persue credit advice from Wise partner bank,Kbank Deemoney yellow bank. Each transaction will require you to visit the partner bank Or maybe Wise have a SWIFT option to send to SCB

  16. The Kbank letter is not the same as this from BKK bank. Kbank letter only indicates your account is current and with the updated current balance. Their passbook indicates that international transfers,using Wise, are coded GPS (Global Payments System) so immigration require credit advice for each transaction,Kbank will email these to you on request FOC.. At CW they check 12 month statement against credit advice receipts.

  18. I have seen such a letter how you get it and the timeline involved I do not know
  19. When I first opened my account they wanted work permit or cannot do. I called their call centre advised them I have retirement visa handed phone to staff who were told to open account for me.
