in practice download speed has been variable and often well below the stated 6Mps.

 

I’m due for a renewal and have heard the AIS and maybe Detac have more reliable speeds.

 

Does anyone have first hand experience of a well performing SIM?

In fact if you had done that its highly likely the flight crew sooner or later would have asked you why at which point you could have strongly made the point it was impossible to sit in the seat because of the air con.

Speak nicely enough and they'll find you a seat rest assured "full" flight or otherwise

I rode 787 14 F overnight,SIN to SYD,full house on board.

Overnight I was frozen as my seat was a target for A/C blast. Being summer in Aus I was wearing appropriate seasonal clothing,did not order blanket,no spare seats to move to.

2 days later was diagnosed with sinus infection, required surgery to clear infection.

I gave them a miss when they introduced 777 with entertainment box under seats no room for feet.

When travelling as a family too hard to dodge these crap seats.

My step daughter was introduced to a TikTok shop that advertised items that seemed to be good value.

On making a purchase she was offered a fee if she could tell friends about their shop,she received some commissions,and told more friends about the commissions she received.

Now she was asked to send money as items were out of stock and she would get better commissions.

She sent 15000thb,she was then told stock was stuck at customs,need more money to get items cleared by customs.

She foolishly sent another 10000thb,end of scam.

I made a reservation this morning on my phone did not encounter any problems, received "appointment confirmed" in the app.

Around 4pm my dtac data Sim gave up, too busy with users chasing results for lucky numbers.

Seems different reports on what happens in the 2 years. I thought you were entitled to reasonable trips abroad, but who knows.

That is exactly what I was told in 2014 but I could appeal against any cut to payments, not recommended as Returned Resident status could be cancelled together with payments.

Unfortunately last year I switched passports and as I had a second passport, after my transfer was done because of the old passport expiry date being used for the last extension and the current extension date/month is now not so convenient for my overseas travel plans

At your next extension you could apply for 250 days and not the 12 month 365 days

Check your application option to provide visa end date,this will be your new permitted to stay until date stamped in your passport.

Your report must show your name as is written in your passport ie middle name is required

My last visit to Kbank at CW, may 2023.

On entering and asking welcoming staff member for bank letter and statement, I was asked to provide passbook and 100 baht,this was taken to a teller who returned the book which showed deposit and update. At the same time I was given a queue number for letter and statement processing 

I think it has been made clear in the RD rules,that the value of any benefit you receive from such transactions ,whilst in Thailand ,will be an assessable item of income.
