Just maybe this PM is working the same playbook that Ex president Trump did and teh Current Brazillian President /PM. 

They fail to understand an AIRBORNE VIRUS is uncontrollable. When they understand the SCIENCE they will act correctly, one hopes this PM will learn, but I have my doubts. 

AS well as a court case, inform all Insurance companies and the Govt 3rd party insurers the guilty persons name address and ID number if a Thai, will make that person uninsurable , now that will hurt many people .

TAT have to come up with ludicrous ideas on a regular basis to show their bosses thjey are really working. Most people I know in the world rank Thais ideas are 'Not on the Same Planet ; as the rest of the world. 

Many are now looking towards Vietnam , less corruption and FAR cleaner beaches and MORE welcoming . 

With the local adherence to maintenance then in 12 months be a wreck if not sunk 

UNTIL the Government of the day, osrts out the inefficient POLICE and makes them do the job theyt are employed to do which includes ENFORCEMENT impartially, nothing will ever change. 

They could be a light at the end of this dark morbid tunnel, MAKE Insurance Companies ( including Porobor ) demand Driver Licence details of all drivers for every mechanically propelled vehicle. Then at least that would be a step in the right direction, or else many Thais will find themselves i9n serious trouble with horrendous bills.  Due to their own stupidity 

Sue the nurse for attempting to be a doctor , then the Local medical Authority for NOT ensuring doctors available.

O(ne therefore assumes that in the detection, correctly qualified Police Officers are doing the checks and all equipment used is also correctly Calibrated and fully recorded. Otherwise it will be as now open to abuse by the RTP. Cyurrently on most offences I say , prove it when they accuse me and 99% they send me away as they either cannot or will not prove it, plus having to go to court to present ( lack of evidence ) to a court is embarrassing for them. 

When I heard this on the International News first, I thought, oh well deportations on the way. But no a silly 4000 baht fine to a foreigner is nothing. personally I would deport them, AND fine them 10,000 baht each send a message to all thopse who are GUESTS, in this country break the law regarding this Pandemic your out !!  No matter what Visa you are on, then they would have top go through the hoops to return. Bloody stupid and as a Brit I feel ashamed .

Suspend the lot with NO PAY and then terminate them on HALF Pension for the rest of their life. 

AND make them  'Personna non grata ' at ALL RTP establishments.

IF the All powereful PRIME MINISTER will not do what he says then asking to PUBLIC to do a JOB the Police should handle is an admission of Failure.

Had he REFORMED the P{olice most of this would be unecessary, but he keeps asking officials to do the job properly. Tells me they ( the officials be they Police or anyone else ) do not care one jot .
