  1. Thank you for that. Yes, I think Imperial World is the place for him. I'm pretty sure that those from the 3 neighbouring countries entering as migrant workers can't get service at CW.
  2. It isn't for me. A bunch of my staff are going to a wedding of another staff member in Savannakhet. One of them is from Myanmar and therefore requires the re-entry. His extension of stay isn't processed at Chaeng Wattana and he doesn't know where he can get a re-entry permit in Bangkok. Does anyone have experience on where Myanmar nationals can get a re-entry permit issued in Bangkok?
  3. Can Thai Immigration issue a re-entry permit at the bridge? Or is it necessary to go to Immigration in Mukdahan? Thanks in advance.
  4. You're welcome. Here it is. lawHeadPDF.pdf
  5. The right of a foreigner with PR to buy a condo without bringing the funds in from abroad is written into the Condominium Act of 1979. Attached is an English translation. Chapter 2, Section 19 contains the relevant clause. Condominium_Act_BE_2522_(1979).pdf
  6. In case anyone else has this question I can answer it now. I just renewed 9 months early and it was no problem so now it is valid for 5 years, 9 months from today. I guess it can be renewed up to 12 months early which would explain the 1 + 5 years that you can get on first issue.
  7. Does anyone know how early the 5 yearly renewal of the red book can be done? Can it be done several months before expiry?
  8. Does anyone know whether the Autochannel gates at Suvarnabhumi are working for PR's again?
