Yet you insist that Thailand is doing Ok when it comes to arriving tourists/travelers entering the country through Immigration, which is in direct contrast to the OP, if you want to retract your post which is not correct as far as how Thailand was doing at the time of the OP or alter your statement that would be a start to supplying truthful information and not misinformation.

So how do you suggest folks get stamped into the country based upon there passport type and country of origin, what just pass them through? So with no stamp will they magically not overstay the allotted time or will immigration round them up on there last day and escort them to extend for 1900 baht or escort them out of the country via the air terminal, and if no ticket to leave lock them up? Do you have a plan for your view? AI does no help in doing this unfortunately unless you go to a kiosk, put your passport inside of it which notates your here and then stamps you in. If thats what your suggesting then the lines will be catastrophically long as people can not figure out how to operate said kiosk and then if a malfunction occurs then what?

I only have Sak Yant Tattoo's which are a memento to me of my conversion to Buddhism and becoming a Monk for a period of time. I believe in the mysticism as this says: The sak yant is a representation of mystical Thai Buddhism, also known as Tantric Theravada, in the form of a tattoo. So to understand sak yants, you must first understand this form of mysticism that connects the body, cosmos and a higher power together. To me this is why they are personal and only for me.

Most people I know who have gotten tattoos have gotten them for sentimental reasons, as an expression of religion, or something intrinsic and special on to them, myself included, and is why I do not show them off to non family members unless I am swimming at a hotel and not using a swim top. As I said I have a whole lot of friends who have tattoos who do not wear clothes just to show their tattoos off in public, as the tattoo is for oneself and not others. Like I have said if you did not know me and met me you would never know I had Tattoo's. People who belittle others, condemn others, and so on just for what they wear, drive or put on there bodies to me are arrogant and self centered people. So lets say we are doing business, and after we conclude the business and sign the contract for my services, I remove my outer shirt and expose a tank top which shows my tattoo's, would you then try and cancel the contract because of your prejudices against a tattoo wearer?

Are drugs the only illegal contraband? Nope. As far as never having been to Australia, well then you are mistaken, been many times in my career working and training folks in the public sector. So public defense, power companies run by the government and basic energy needs do not help the economy or maintain it? Sure the Private sector is part of the economy but so is the Public Sector and then the Non-Profits.......your looking through rose colored glasses and now we have gone way off-topic.

Why do you think they act the way they do, people treat them with contempt, lie, and also try to get by with illegal contraband and stuff. You build up a certain amount enough of tolerance in the public sector but too much BS, lies and deceit from normal everyday people who are in the private sector is too much sometimes and those Bull<deleted>ters cause the issues that normal folks end up seeing.

I asked if they had a form yet for the 1 year notification when I did mine and they said it would be the same as the 90 day, which made no sense to me. My plans are to travel out of the country just prior to the 1 year notification and return after the new year starts for me thus avoiding to have to make a notification. I will be trying to do a new TM-30 this coming Monday as I am planning to move primarily to the HH PKK area and only head to BKK and use my Condo maybe a few days a month. I wonder what kind of issues I will get when I try and complete the TM-30 on-line since I am registered as the Housemaster for my home already in the system. I also need to hit the DLT and change my address with them as I do not need any tickets or such sitting in my condo mailbox for a period of time. Easy to change everything with the insurance companies, both for health and vehicles, but since there is no such thig as a change of address form, not that I know of, for the Thai Post I want my mail for all to get to the right location. I am sure I will be charged an administrative fee to do so at the DLT......Registering my information at Immigration might be a good time, since the OSS BOI is where the Visa was obtained. Has anybody tried yet to do a TM-30 outside of BKK with the new 10 year Visa?

But I thought you have been in Thailand for months already while traveling around or was that all lies. If you landed from an international flight months ago, yes it was a breeze and not what this OP is about..stop the misinformation or tell us you just arrived on an international flight since October.

So your saying you went through Immigration flying domestic...thats laughable because you do not and I fly regularly in the country.....No immigration check through at all. Fly into HKT, off the plane walk down the corridor, down the escalator, and over to baggage, pick up the bag and out the front door.....Flying out of Phuket, Check in at the counter, walk through the breezeway, have your bag scanned, and then head to your gate, no Immigration checpoint either.

I have never been through immigration here in Thailand while flying domestic, only time I filled out cards was during Covid when we flew out of Phuket and then when I landed in Udon Thani as they wanted to see the vaccination certs, but not anymore. Never done a fingerprint scan either flying domestic, I think your confused, as thats only for international arrivals. Did you fly back to Oz and then Return through Phuket?
