As I keep them covered when out and about and while working, and when I was the CEO of my own company, then how would you ever know I was tattooed. So would that repulse you and would you vomit all over yourself after a few years of knowing me when you found out I was tattooed. It is pretty sad to see that people in this world take a view and cut people out of there lives just on seeing something without getting to actually see the person or know the person for who they are. I once had a client who was full body tattooed, and he came to me as a client after he had been judged by others in my profession to be nothing more than a low-life, and no one would take on his business. The man was a millionaire and did not care what others thought of him and used it to his advantage. So making a judgement like you already have based upon your view leaves one wondering how narrow minded you must be on some subjects instead of being open minded.

I thought there was such a backlash surrounding this proposal that it was dead in the water. Not sure many would dump 40 Mthb into property or investments in the country after obtaining an LTR visa. I know I won't as I already have a house and condo and my investments are elsewhere.

Looks like he dropped the appeal of his conviction and may only serve 5 to 7 years if that and/or be pardoned by the power to be according to the way this article reads. I had thought he was put in jail already but that was just prior to the case being heard and his being convicted. I can not find anything that says he was bailed out on the appeal? So if he actually dropped the appeal shouldn't he be doing his time in jail? Do you want to add a column for the date the Visa was placed into the passport and then the date stamped for those entering from outside of Thailand?

Trying to match what's happening in the US, yet the funding for it here will come from where? I am not talking about the loan forgiveness, I am talking about the zero interest, and when a default happens here what will the consequences be. I understand students borrowing to go to university, but I also believe that the family should be helping and partly responsible and a Student Loan form like a FAFSA be created and filled out to ensure the right amount of aid is granted here to those poorer students.

So no Tuesday or Friday flights and just 6 flights a week in total from All cities listed to Phuket. So lets say 350 a flight, which is upping the figures from what flew in on the 30th, an so that's about 2100 folks a week, and 18,900 folks total for the rest of the year since there are only 9 weeks left. If they all stay in Phuket Thailand for the foreseeable future and do not travel to Pattaya or BKK then Phuket will enjoy a nice bump up, especially in the Rawaii Area where many Russians own condos. I wonder if they will be flying to BKK from Russia etc....

That was the e-mail from the LTR BOI Unit when they approved my Application, but I did not need to upload the other documents as I had no need for a WP. and so did not apply for one. I was not required to upload the others either, look at the bolded sections. I had already uploaded my HI Certificate so it was not required to upload again. 1. UPLOAD ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS 1.1. For applicants who applied for the digital work permit. a.Medical Certificate (issued for no more than 3 months) 1.2. Other documents to complete the LTR criteria (in case you are required to) b.Health insurance (with the remaining maturity of no less than 10 months) c.Criminal record (issued for no more than 3 months)

I think your mistaking me for another. I never uploaded a medical cert or a criminal record check for my LTR. It was done for my OA visa from the LA Consulate years ago.

Minor bumps in the road and really did not loose anything. Kept the houses, pension and so on. Lost 2 cars and that's about it. Stocks never catered and in fact I am still up in all investments.
