MOPH and the DDC here in Thailand can make rules which is what has been done. Since the Emergency degree has been lifted the DDC is in control and can do as they deem appropriate, no need for anything to be approved by someone else. If you think they can not and your so sure then hire an attorney and sue them in court .

Typo. I was finally able to get ahold if someone today. It is their internal email they use. It is a glitch and I should never have received any of those emails.

My GF's Pink ID card starts with 0 and using the program you supplied says the 13 digit number is invalid and the box is red. Mine starts with a 6 and the box shows valid and is green. My card was issued in March of 2013 when my Yellow book was created.

I am in the same boat as my extension of stay based upon retirement is due on the 20th of November, and I normally due it 30 days early on the 20th of October. I was hoping that with their program I could just slip on into the LTRWP Visa, but I am also running up close on time.

My Brown envelope was supposedly to small they rejected my application and sent back the empty envelope with a note saying application fees can not be returned even if the application was denied....sigh

Many people use the deposit as a last month or two's payment. However, if there is damage it causes an issue. Before I bought my current condo and then house I paid two months deposit. When I moved out I did not pay my final month's rent, but did pay my power and water bill. My other half of the deposit was used by the owner to have the condo cleaned and new paint added. My daughter did just fine exiting as she was born here in Thailand, and I had an original Birth certficate which had been translated into English and certified at the MFA. But I can see your point if he does not have the items needed as well as a letter from the mother allowing him to take the child with him. I had to have the letter also translated and certified as well as having a notarized copy of her passport which the US Embassy had issued.

Still waiting for the e-mail with the Certificate. As I have before received I have again received some strange e-mails again this morning.
