As a retiree why would I want to work, my passive investments do the work for me even with the Stock Market and Crypto drop, the rental income does well, and the pension is an added bonus. Medical costs are of course rising but the Visa the OP posted does not reduce them now does it. Add in a ME Re-ntry permit for the 10 years and it puts my out of pocket at just under the 50K the New Visa would cost, so still ahead staying with my current visa........

Cha Am was the same, fairly quiet which was very nice. This mornings beach walk is devoid of anyone else.....wonderful.

Since I use a VPN attached to a server in the US, which changes daily, I guess my search's using Google for Hotels and properties in Phuket and Hua Hin/Cha Am, which have been in the 100's just this month are helping tourism grow.....what a joke. Anything to believe it is happening makes them happy. Guess TAT will be using the Google searches now as the new tourism number, expect to see 100 million visitors this year....lol

Never said they would not create the Visa you quoted in your OP, I indicated they would not do away with the O Visa or the extension based upon the O as you asked for the question about in your title. The same with the O-A, they will be around a long time Sir. Your apology will not be needed.
