You evidently missed it, they use an agent and don't end up purchasing the needed insurance as the agent plays the game.....They never have insurance, unless they try and do the self insured route. The 800K in the bank was supposed to be the fix all, waiting on that to be increased to 3 million one day.

Your forgetting that more people drive motorbikes here than cars. Enforce the laws and things would not happen as much as they do know. Why laws are not enforced is pretty obvious to someone who has lived and worked elsewhere.

I just remembered that when we signed up in December for the new site that the number was required to be filled in at that time, but on the TM47 receipt generated for the 90 day report (FORM FOR ALIEN TO NOTIFY OF STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS) the arrival card no. portion is blank, so you seem to be correct.
