  1. Yes the police pressure and coerce them to fo it for photo ops
  2. We didn't, the Vietnamese fruit seller might have done.
  3. This is precisely what Prayut and others were planning, hoping and expecting to happen. Chaos, stalemate and carry on as long as possible with the status quo until they formulate their next plan, if they can keep Prawit awake long enough.
  4. So you were obviously never in Chonburi prison in the year 2000/2001. And are you for one second suggesting the sleeping arrangements are the same in every prison throughout the Kingdom? because they simply are not. Prisoners on remand in Chonburi were subjected to far worse conditions than those convicted. You make statements on here as though they are facts, when they just are not and totally refuse to accept you are wrong. ????????
  5. OK, Let;s get picky as usual, you are tiresome, in the Outlaws clubhouse in Bangkok. A bikers clubhouse. Good enough?
  6. Lard Yao is the correct address for Klong Prem, I am fully aware, I was there long enough. And I am not get into one of your silly contests of ' My cat is blacker than your cat ' which it seems you love to do on here.
  7. You sure he was 170Kgs? That's a bloody lot of weight! He looked a big lump but not 170kgs. Anyway, there's always an upside ????, he can start training with the Nigerian drug dealers when he finally gets to the Bangkok jail ( Lad Yao or Bang Kwang),.......... the weight will drop off.
  8. At the end of the end ' Olaf's goose is cooked ' He has n o chance of getting out of this one. The others, now that the police have a ' fall guy ' and if they can cobble together enough money, might have a chance of getting out of this mess. It sums up his character being caught hiding in a Hells Angels clubhouse. It doesn't speak much for the company kept by the dead guy either.
  9. No, definitely not.???? ????????????????????
  10. Yeah, one, usually visible, squat toilet for up to 90 men, apart from urinating, some prefer to not bother and wait until the morning. And calling them ' facilities ' is generous.
  11. Nonsense, The crime was committed on Thai soil against Thai law. He will be tried and punished here in Thailand.
  12. He doesn't get used to anything. There is a shop he can order and buy food from if he has money. Visitors can purchase for him as well and the guards usually have a sideline and take food orders where either their wives prepare and sell it or the guards have a deal with one of the outside food places and take a cut,. Toilets can be absolutely disgusting , that's a fact. What is to be expected with thousands of men let of of the cells in the morning with a limited amount of toilets. If he pleads guilty to murder , he will get life, serve at least eight years as a rule in a Thai prison and then be eligible under treaty to get repatriated and serve the balance of his sentence in a German prison. His release in Germany will depend on the type of treaty Germany has with Thailand. The terms and conditions very depending on the countries.
  13. This is where I disagree and actually like the US system. They put them on death row in a tiny cell with no contact with mainstream prisoners for years and years. They have a strict, lonely existence which is controlled from dawn to dusk. They get the minimum of exercise and sunshine and stay and languish there for up to 20 years bored out of their skulls in their tiny cells.. This gives them plenty time to reflect on what they did. A fast execution puts them straight oi their misery way too quickly.
  14. Well now, it's just been converted to a ' long stay visa ! '
  15. You mean a ' real court of law? ' with judges who are familiar with law and justice is seen to be done? You do know where you are, don't you?
  16. They won't carry it out. They don't on foreigners. He'll get death sentence commuted to life if he admits it, then after eight years served, he can be deported to serve out his sentence in a German jail.
  17. Yeah, The kids were Swedish which possibly may account for something regards roads and left/right traffic. However, they are no strangers to Thailand and practice Muay Thai at the local gym which leads you to think they know the roads a bit plus one was riding pillion. Then we have a huge cement truck flying down the road and probably at speed. RIP to the poor lad, only 21.
  18. Absolute bloody mumbo jumbo and yet..............they allow guys like this to VOTE! THEY REALLY DO TAKE STUPIDITY TO A NEW LEVEL.
  19. 7-11 are like anything else, pubs for example Good footfall, good location, good operator leads to decent Profit. However, with 7-11s forced to buy everything from CP they can track and trace franchisees profit and turnover and those that they own, they will increase the rent accordingly. Only one big winner in this game!
