    Here we go again, the latest fanciful fable from the land of bits and bobs, who gets thrown out of bars, restaurants, gyms, doctor's offices, law offices and who knows where else. But of course it's always them that are the problem and not you, right? Well, FFS, if some nasty git asked me if I clean my pipes regularly I would probably introduce him to a lot more than just the exit door.

    Is the account registered in a Thai person's name? Also, make sure, if it's in your name, that they have you listed as a foreigner and not a Thai person on the account. This may not resolve the issue, but I had a similar issue once with a bank account and it had to do with how my name was shown on the account.

    Most are able to buy an iPhone via monthly payments from either DTAC or AIS. So most are able to pay it off over a 2-3 year period. Otherwise, I assume most would not be able to acquire a new iPhone as so many of them do.

    There may be certain messages occasionally from AIS that haven't been translated into English. And the only time they normally send links is if you ask them a question over the phone and they send a link to provide further information. But if anyone ever receives a link in an SMS message from AIS, and you feel uncertain about it, then just call them on 1175 and ask them to confirm the link.

    Another thing is the massive rise in methamphetamine use. It's not a happy drug. It makes people more edgy, violent, aggressive, etc. And it wasn't something that was as heavily used 15-20 years ago.
