The passport holder must have had a minimum of 6 months life left on their passport before travel into Thailand. If that PP is now expired they must be on a long overstay.
They can make all footpaths as flat as billiard tables but unless they remove the obstacles, wre stays, blocks and prevent vendor occupancy it means nothing.
