    A brief mention of the requirement for operators to have insurance cover. Imagine applying to an insurance company for insurance covering your paying customers against injury or death and explaining that you tow them with a speedboat as they hang from a parachute over the sea. If that doesnt draw huge premiums nothing will! What 'cover' do they actually have?

    When first I read the announcement on AN I immediately checked the date in case it was 01 April 2024! Then saw it on Thai TV news and Thai English language newspaper websites. So, fully out in the public domain, it must be true. Checked the London Thai Consulate News and Visa info but no mention. Still need a Tourist Visa for more than 30 days on entry. Now D Day arrives and no change. Cynicism is alive and well! 🥺
