  1. IMO until the situation is much clearer I would not worry about a few 100,000 baht - For instance , I was told , rental income from overseas is tax exempt . If you clearly need to pay tax then file but if not wait for more clarity . But up to you .
  2. Same in uk - no need to file unless you are liable .
  3. My account told me if you are not liable to pay tax you do not need to file a return .
  4. Bangkok Hospital has a very good heart centre and For AF I can recommend Dr Sharmila https://www.bangkokhearthospital.com/en/doctor/dr-sharmila-sehli
  5. 'The law was amended so that long stay foreigners did not have to re-submit a TM 30 when returning to their 'permanent' address.' I assume this is the case . I stay at Novotel in Bangkok and am sure they would process passports correctly .
  6. Yes I use TM30 I filled in on my return from Europe last year - have stayed in a number of hotels in BKK since and I assume all hotels have a standard procedure .
  7. Don't know RE TM30 I filled mine out after my last trip overseas in May and I have been to BKK many times since - TM30 was accepted without issue .
  8. 2 days ago - No queue and few waiting upstairs . I assume once documents are in order you are given a ticket to present upstairs and then told to return in a week when process is complete .
  9. There was a couple in front of me presenting paperwork for retirement extension - did not seem to be an issue ?
  10. Try an afternoon visit - much calmer I went today at 2.30 pm for proof of address for driving licence / only 3 in the queue downstairs and not many waiting upstairs with tickets / in and out in about 10 minutes
  11. company is not mentioned - company name is not my name
  12. I control the company - It doesn't matter anyway - al I stated was my name is in the blue book .
  13. Yes - Company owns the land -
  14. ' Have the possessor of the blue book you are talking about explain how your name ' 'got there.' It is my blue book - as i am house owner . I went to Tesse Bahn many years ago and asked them to put it - on recommendation from Samui immigration .
