  1. What a breed the russians are. I had a months holiday there yrs ago. Best thing about the holiday was getting on the plane out of there. What a odd ball race of people.
  2. Thanks for your reply. If I do that this year and then say in 5 yrs the inheritance comes in and I invest it in an oz bank or whatever.... can I then start to do tax returns again?

  4. Thanks for your reply. It was a long time ago. I cannot remember. But Im too afraid to call and check actually. I think I will just let it go. I 100% paid taxes on selling the IPs and all is good I think. No income in oz to report. I will just let it sleep
  5. do you know an aussie here who would be stupid enough to do this... provide such info to both authorities....
  6. I moved here ages ago and informed the ATO of my non residence for tax purposes. I still basically fill out a nil return every year online. I sold my IPs and paid taxes on them etc. Now I have WP / job here and earning high salary. I fully pay my taxes here to the Thai rev dept. I therefore dont report this income to oz when I do my return. Is this correct what Im doing? It would be ridiculous to pay double taxation and assume this is not necessary? If you have experience on this topic please make your opinions below thanks
  7. Im from Ubon R and I knew Joe well. The visa video had a lot of info. Spot on mate. When will you be doing the vid on work permits with no company structure required? I didnt know it was possible for a hubby and wife business.
  8. Yes, my liver blood tests are within normal range Other bloods: WBC Lymphocyte 40.4 L, Neutrophil 43.8L, Eosinophil 5.7 H, RBC Hemoglobin 13.7 L Vitamin D 27 3 yrs ago significant memory issues. Dr tested many things and it was flagged 1 month bc it was flagged as deficient by the dr taking the blood test. I had low labido and asked for that to be tested no Entresto 50mg twice a day. My heart function is back to normal now but dr says I have to keep taking it. Rarely drink now. Maybe a beer sometimes. Overall, I think you are correct. Do nothing. I think I will up the dose again suggested by the dr a month ago. Take 2mg copper in morning. 30mg zinc lunch and 2mg copper again. I have changed the brand of zinc and see if I can persist with that regime for a month and re test copper and zinc after a month. thanks
  9. Im middle aged living in Thailand. Ive been low on copper for many years and have blood results as evidence. Ive been taking 2mg of copper for ages but never been able to get the levels up. Last month an endocrynologist told me to take 2mg in the morning and 2mg at night. She said take 30mg zinc at lunchtime. I tried this for 2 weeks and had to lower both doses due to side effects. Last month copper was low at 687.62 (range 800-1100). This week its 725.44. Last month my zinc was low at 56.62 (range 70 to 120). This week its 68. I have dialated cardiomyopathy as well and some minor issues with my heart. A month ago urine analysis showed Protein trace A. This week dr tested for Wilsons disease Ceruloplasmin and my level was 0.200. (range 0.200 to .600) Anyways I checked what dr chatgbt says and it suggests impaired copper metabolism. ie my body is not properly transporting or retaining copper. Its suggesting Liver function tests and check for neurologic or ophthalmologic evaluation (whatever that is) I seem to remember 2 yrs ago they did a scan on my liver which flagged something in the images. I will have to go back and check this So the reason for writing all this is to ask if anyone knows a good specialist that can help me diagnose and sort this out. I think my edocrynologist has no idea. Bangkok based specialist is ok. Do you agree a liver dr would be a good idea? Im wondering if I should do genetic testing for wilsons and menkes disease? thanks
  10. well said. My 2 cents worth is that if only that bullet was 1 inch closer to his big head we would not be going through all of this.
  11. Thanks for your comment. So maybe the only fire risk is if the engine of the fridge or freezer fails and catches fire not the wiring to the elec box.
  12. Our tenants have a restaurant in our building. They have several fridges and freezers. For safety reasons should their fridges or freezers have a separate breaker? I dont want a fire to occur. We installed new wiring throughout the building 5 yrs ago. thanks
  13. I have to agree with your last paragraph. The selfish side to some thais is shocking. The thai attitude comes thru...
