Seems like I got away easy with my application for Yellow book. The guy who processed it did the translation of anything needed himself ! It took about an hour and half with him checking back with me or my wife as to verifying details. Once done moved two desks down and had Pink ID card in 15 minutes .
Have never yet used either one for anything.

There is some speculation that Barr has resigned in anticipation of undesirably being associated with some further indefensible antics from Trump.
Perhaps that might be as puerile as Trump requesting the Federal US Attorney General to assist in suing Time magazine for not naming him "Person of the Year" ?????
Probably not but as good as any excuse to get out !

I would seriously recommend you revise your plan to incorporate drainage from behind any slab on the slope. The probable cause for the original slab to slide off would be due to water pressure behind it. I have seen an in ground concrete swimming pool that was left empty have the walls implode from water pressure in the ground outside during the rain season.

Is it not possible that if tyres /tires are under optimal pressure will be running hot so inflating them may provide some cooling which would result in a small pressure drop? Recommended pressures provided often give hot and cold figures.

Why doesn't Cambodia get vaccines from their overlords in China? Maybe a lack of trust in that they'll work?
...and of course somehow work this into blaming the US.
Factually, the US has preordered and prepaid for over 1 billion (1,000,000,000+) doses of vaccine from multiple pharms with the expectation that some may never reach viability.
Pfizer vaccine is the first, which 100,000,000 have been ordered and is already being dosed to medicos and seniors in care homes today.
More Pfizer vaccines will not be ordered because other vaccines will be ready before Pfizer can manufacture more, AND due to difficulties in transport and storage as these must be kept at -70° Celsius. Pfizer is also the most expensive of all the vaccines. Anyway, there is no infrastructure to distribute these in Cambodia.
Long before Pfizer can manufacture enough, Moderna (500 million doses) will be ready, at both a lower price and only needing 2-8° C storage.
So get your facts straight.
Kindly specify where my "facts" are not straight?
Can you also provide some evidence China is Cambodia's "Overlord" ?

Not proceeded to a trial because not even an indication of verifiable evidence was offered. Courts/Judges are privy to supporting evidence as a basis of accepting a case.
Here-say and vexatious applications don't make it !

In Thailand Doctors do often prescribe urea cream for sores that do not heal. Seems to work. Urine may be a crude form of same intent?

So far sounds bogus . Do You have a quote in writing . Do you have photo/video evidence they are not working to the quote?
For 193,000 I'd come with my BIL and do it ! lol

maybe for one delusional minute per day she THINKS she feels 20
that's the medicine kicking in
I feel 20ish all the time but have to acknowledge I am late 60ish but can do what a 20 year old can do (briefly ! ! ????)

Bitcoin seems to be more of an endeavor as more money continues to be printed..again..and again. If, I can recall, there isn't even a 'gold standard' to back the dollar. But that has been for years..Correct me if I'm mistaken..
Perhaps research the history of the move to the US$, the history of Fort Knox, and how historically the US coerced the world into the debt scenario it controls to this day, how it has suppressed attempts to return to a gold trade standard, and how China is threatening that control.

Delusion ,adopted or induced , may not be entirely based on superior thinking. It can be simply denial of reality to satisfy personal desire. Sociopaths.

There was, in 2005 Thaksin set up a National Reconciliation Commission, the commission published its commendations in June 2006 and Thaksin's government said they would be implemented in full. Unfortunately Prem Tinsulanonda head of the Privy Council rejected the proposals stating that "The country is Thai and the language is Thai", one of the recommendations was to make Yawi, the local Malyu language, a working language for the region. That was the last genuine attempt at a resolution.
The State of Emergency in the south has been renewed every 3 months for the last 15 years.
Strangely enough many of the individuals involved in the historical lack of success are Thai Muslim Generals.
.
So there is no genuine desire for a resolution when workable proposals get defied.

The Baht has risen against the $US no more or less than currencies of perceived safe haven value or gold.
The reality of it is that the US$ is an imposed exchange comparison that has no genuine value at all !
Given the multiple trillions printed by the US it would have almost no value at all if the Gold Standard was still in effect. For the majority serviceable "debt" is now the measure of relative wealth.
Why do you think Bezos laughs like a freakin demon?

Just another location used and abused by US intervention in the failed attempt to destroy the "Commies' and leave behind a nation subject to autocratic manipulation.
Cambodia is now simply a pawn in the system to demonstrate philosophical political points of interest now that Vietnam has subscribed to monetary significance.

The restive south is always in need of extending the emergency decree. Does it help, not in my view, still have bombings and the shootings of officials be it rangers to school directors and such. So tell me how the extension of the emergency decree will help curtail this violence. I thought the Emergency decree was for stopping Covid, not insurgents. Now the real truth comes out, restricting movements of people, just like when the Junta took power in 2014.
Perhaps the arguable justifications support both motivations?

An interesting issue. But I doubt Cambodia is alone in the fact that now vaccines are on the offer the Cambodian authorities have missed the bus on priority supply.? That should not be considered any more embarrassing than the reality that the US declined to purchase an extended supply of the only as yet approved vaccine with a population well in excess of need and an explosion in infections.
Is Cambodia on the list with the WHO collabaration for "free" vaccines distribution? I doubt Hun Skin would have any philosophical concern except for self and close support .

This isn't news! A decision not to renew would be.
True enough. But is there or ever will there be a genuine initiative to find some resolution or is it just a convenient scenario to self justify the involvement of military activity ?

It just occurred to me that it would be interesting to know what the UK Bookies odds are on the chance Trump will ever ever appear on an US banknote ?

Well, IMO you are correct that if the senate remains GOP majority, Biden is in for a hard time ????.
IMO it will be the USA overall having a hard time if the GOP retains their strangle hold. However they will have to be squeaky clean in the process unlike as have been.

Perhaps on best advice Trump was made aware of the possibility he may be a defendant in an appeal in front of the SCOTUS at some no so distant point of time?

It can only be hoped that the run off elections go the Democrat's way. If not the frenzied spitefulness embedded in the core of the GOP will inhibit not only some rational way forward but further incite greater social division .
Either way Trump is likely to be well involved in defending his multiple State law infractions even if he were to attempt a self pardon .

No vaccine plan: Ministry of Health unsure on when or from where the Kingdom will get doses

There was nothing ignorant in referring to the US Govt. declining to take up Pfizer's offer for more than the initial amount before they (Pfizer) offered production capacity to elsewhere.
Nor was there any "blame" aspect to that in reference.
As to the various opinions of the people of Cambodia I am sure there will be a percentage who are aware it was not the Chinese who bombed the snot out of them or their neighbor Laos to little purpose.
I could perhaps consider asking why Sinahouk self exiled to Beijing and not perhaps New York?
