Now it's high season in Pattaya which means the tourists are here for their annual leave Is your Condo block now noisy with parties ,slamming doors etc I have spoken to a farang who lives in Arcadia Beach Condo in Pattaya who owns his own condo facing the swimming pool ground level He woke up in the morning to see his small chairs and table moved from his open balcony to near the pool with beer cans nearby I'm not sure why he didn't notice through the night that they were missing but anyway please we can't cross examination of him. My question to you is your Condo building much busier with tourists ,families , screaming kids now ? What's that Condo in Pattaya that recently introduced finger printing scanning so no Airbnb clients would stay ?

It's overrated how much protein you need I was drinking about 5 glasses a dayv of protein powder with milk like a milkshake Not only did my weight balloon but I had flatulence and kidney pain Now I don't even buy much protein powder ,and I ho to the gym about 4 times a week,not everyday like I used to I drink Creatine everyday
