    Ever since I first came here in 1980, I've never had a taxi driver who would go as far as sticking around & opening a door for me. The CCTV footage shows what happened inside, maybe theirs a little more to add that happened prior to this outside.

    The pros & cons of the death penalty will go on and on. Each country has its own individual circumstances (and for good reason). But theirs enough real scum on this this planet to justify keeping this law and enforcing it as necessary. Thailand as made the correct decision for once.

    He called upon Thai citizens to act as proxies to cooperate with police, allowing them to be treated as witnesses. Their you have it, the get out of jail card for the Thais.

    I doubt very much that this lady will do any time for manslaughter or murder. The British courts generally go by what the experts say. With another child still at play she will probably walk free with a few conditional points.

    Usually well behaved from Singapore, never the less he will have to take what's coming. I just wonder how long they will hold him considering the time it will take to file any civil cases.

    So, another Russian refusal. For anyone not familiar with this (including locals) its the equivalent as a Thai SORREE after they've just run over somebody.

    Anyone not familiar with this area will not know that this drain is only meters away from the police station, Hospital opposite & police station on the same side just a few meters further down. It would take a doctor from the hospital about 10 seconds longer to get their than a copper from the police station. Useless info, never the less sad way to go. RIP mate.

    If the films & books are anything to go by, the prison staff are the most corrupt in Thailand. However this prison is only a remand center. The inmates most be gearing up for the full shi-bang if transferred.

    I've always called Patong "Rat City". Seems theirs the same number of rats above the ground than under. Surly its time for a crack-down on the lady boys, their a law to themselves at the present.

    This initiative aims to prevent disputes and protect tourists from potential exploitation. Why don't they start with augment & exploitation over the prices. This should go a long way to protecting the tourist.
