    He has informed the authorities through intermediaries that he will present himself for questioning on July 4, 2024, as he is currently out of the province. The police have assured that the matter will follow the legal process to its conclusion. Looks like he's already done a runner.

    I watched them try and bring down a guy on the parasail in the wind a couple of days back (Karon Beach). Took about an hour to get him down. In the end a lull in the wind did the job.

    Hès obviously just a small down the line supplier. The main people wouldn't go anywhere near this stuff, never mind receiving parcels of it.

    Nowhere for the water to go. Roads & streets are built without any consideration for the rains. The large drains that are in service are not checked or cleaned. Theirs a new drainage system on Nanai Rd Patong that's only cleaned after the flooding, would be a lot easier & less time if it was actually done before the rains start. The rest of the drainage is serviced more or less the same. Get some plastic sandals & gear up?

    Thats another Japanese kingpin in the lock-up, maybe the police could sort of arrest a few Thai kingpins, just to even up the numbers of course.

    This marks the second attempt by this group to smuggle drugs; their first endeavor was just last month. Rumbled a second time. They need to do a little house cleaning.

    Many beggars employ emotional tactics like begging with young children or pets, aiming to garner more sympathy and money. Looks like they've done their homework as well, watching the Thais at work can eventually pay off.
