Australian Aged Pension
ozfarang replied to VOICEOVER's topic in Australia & Oceania Topics and Events
I recently called Centrelink International from within Australia 4 times over a month, mid January to mid February '25. The wait time was never less than 40 minutes, the longest 55 minutes. Once the calls were answered the person on the line, on every occasion was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Very happy with their service. Maybe calling from outside Australia you may need to take into account the current wait times as i did. Hope this is of some help as to the current wait times -
