Can you read? If so please re-read the post you have quoted! In that post I have totally agreed with your earlier post in it's entirety! That is with the very slight addendum regarding the interpretation that individual officials, and the offices they work in, have their own variations and interpolations into their implementation of the said "Thai government list of required documents"! In Plain English; It does not a matter a fig what the rules say the IO's requirements are the only rules that rule! TiT!
