Where on the DWP site does it state that they can stop or penalise the STATE pension other than to revert it to the original date of leaving the country. He totally ignores/fails to understand the difference between any reference to State Pensions and other benefits etc. It is just a scaremonger with no ability to understand facts! It is also continuing to reference DWP notices regarding "forthcoming" legislation which was subsequently cancelled. From the article; "Prime Minister setting out sweeping reforms of the welfare system last month, including a new bill in the next Parliament to tackle benefit fraud head-on" Dated April 24! The bill was never brought forward or passed due to the election. We are still waiting for a potential new bill to replace it!
