I applied on the 3rd november, i did not contact them at any stage. Last week i was asked for insurance and was approved last night.. Its legit amazing that this visa even exists and the more we call, the longer the entire process takes. In western world youd never be able to have access to the actual people doing the work only call centre staff (like when you want to check your tax return) so arent we just creating our own devil here? Chill out and merry christmas everyone

All I did get approved after a nice chat with the lady. Essentially I have 12 months cover every time i depart Australia which has sufficed. You can add me to the list: Dear Mr. LEXTSY, Since we have checked your health insurance policy, now your application is approved. However, your health insurance will be active on 01/01/2023. Your application will be able to reach the pre-approve step once your health insurance is active. Thus, you will see the update on your LTR Visa application's process again after 01/01/2023. Date of Application: 3rd Nov Date of Approval: Wed 21st Dec (But will be done in system from 1st January)

I applied on the 31st October and today i was approved based on insurance. I have a certificate of insurance covering a 1 year trip overseas with following conditions. Overseas Travel Policy: This certificate is to confirm you have activated cover under the Group Policy as the cardholder of an eligible credit card. Upgrades: The Existing Medical Condition cover only applies to the travel dates listed on this Certificate of Insurance. For future trips, you will need to activate your insurance for each trip and reapply for Existing Medical Condition cover. This certificate is a receipt for monies received by Cover‐More Insurance Services Pty Ltd ABN 95 003 114 145, AFSL 241713 (Cover‐More) on behalf of the insurer. Cover‐More acts as an agent of the insurer. The premium paid includes Stamp Duty and GST where applicable. All amounts are in Australian dollars. Should this be eligible? The only thing i can see which is why they are denying it is that im not covered when im not there...

I need to visit a chick from sri racha, how to get there?
lexxy replied to parafareno's topic in Pattaya
I did this trip on a rented scooter. All the way from Pattaya to sri racha. Chose a nice resto on the water ( mammas) or something like that and rode back. You will be pushing the limits of a 125cc if you ride, I got to 108 flat out for 10 minutes but a nice fun drive. Otherwise take a bolt, Jesus don’t be a cheap Charlie and get a bus then have to pay a bolt anyway -
Can someone help with this? I gave a 12 month travel insurance with unlimited. Does it mean i need to get 5 year insurance? im confused by the entire course of stay.. ill be in and out every few months.. so i need a 5 year or 10 year insurance? Are there any links for a cheap one? Since the insurance is Travel insurance for a single trip, please provide Health insurance with policy covering entire course of stay in Thailand, with coverage for hospitalization treatment of no less than 50,000 USD and the remaining period of no less than 10 months (please show the duration of the policy on the certification you will provide) OR evidence showing valid social security benefits which insures hospitalization and treatment in Thailand OR financial evidence showing a deposit of no less than 100,000 USD in a bank account which has been held for no less than 12 months at the time of application

Court Accepts Cannabis Lawsuit Against Anutin, ONCB

You clearly have zero clue. One can drink for 12 hours and go fast and furious like you see every single thai girl do on the way home down bukhao or one can have one singular puff of weed and get on a motorbike taxi because they become more aware and alert of the risks and one did try to ride, they would be travelling about 3kmph -
What to be careful when buying condo?
lexxy replied to parafareno's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
asking the hard hitting questions i see... As a long term condo owner you can do the following 1. Check the strata (maintanence) costs. My condo recently went from 30b to 43b psqm per month.. 2. Check electric rate, some condos put extra on top.. should be like 4b per kwh? 3. Check the sinking fund.. 4. Check how many extra fees per year.. we have had a few one offs including an extra 100k baht this year for new lifts 5. Check for bird poo on balcony, you may need to clean it..... As for the guys reduction in price if you pay transfer fees.. deny that... its 50% fees all the way down so dont accept that and ask to see the chanot ofcourse or find a new condo.. -
i paid 4500 baht for 2 licenses with Visa agent, all she did is take a pic on her phone and first visit i signed up for second visit and second visit i picked up my ID. Could be easier if you are time poor
