  2. Mandate and enforce full license bike riders only - To do this properly ofcourse one would have to take their license to a designated office which can translate and authorise bike renters to provide bikes. But to do this one would need to have bike renting licenses. but to do this they would need rules / regulations.... You would literally spend years untangling the mess thailand is - and thats why most people go there.

  5. When you cannot tax anymore, encourage women to work. when you cannot tax anymore, put a tax on pre mixed Bev, wines, beers When you cannot tax anymore, decrim weed. When you cannot tax anymore, tax foreigners No one has mentioned of the already allocated funds which have been generated from this? The government was very quick to drop the import tax on wine this year + other incentives. I wonder how the govt will account for the money if they restrict a large taxable item such as weed. BTW does anyone know the % of total rev?

  21. That is exactly right, own your own piece of land in your home country where-ever that is. In thailand a condo is the prime option. No reliance on thai, thai lawyers, own name, sea views all for 1/10th of the cost of back home. For those who already have their own homes paid off this is the logical next step.. the holiday home in p*ssy island
