Yeah that's exactly the same... Instead of lowering my answer to your level, please find below my situation, maybe you'll have a better solution for me: - I do not smoke inside in my condo to avoid contaminating common area with smell. - There is a smoking area outside but with unit above (same distance as the unit above my balcony). - I smoke on my balcony maybe 5 to 10mn per day and try to be careful where I exhale the smoke in order not to bother anyone. So please, enlighten me on how I can smoke without bothering my upstairs neighbor (who never complained by the way).

There is no such thing as addiction with weed. I have much more trouble stopping eating sugar... Overall, I probably spend less than 10mn on my balcony smoking every night (2/3 puff multiple times). I can't see how I can be a nuisance for neighbors unless they keep windows open (and in that case pollution will be a bigger nuisance than me in the busy street I live).

Well, that's what I though too, balcony is fine. However, condo still trying to enforce "no smoking on balcony" (weed and cigarettes). No sure if it's legal. Anyway, the neighbor who complained brought the subject during the annual owner meeting (which happened every year). Luckily she is in the condo below me and all the other owner told her it couldn't come from me since the smoke is going up not down so it couldn't be me. No more complain since that ????

Similar situation in my condo. They put no weed/no smoking sign in the elevator. I've been smoking on my balcony long before it became legal and never got any complain. Recently, a neighbor complained to management, they contacted me and I told them that it wasn't me. Where am I supposed to smoke if I can't on balcony ? inside ? It will be way worse and smell will go in the common area. Anyway, I doubt they can do anything unless they can prove I smoke on my balcony (innocent until proven guilty). I'm not a huge smoker (only smoke 1 or 2 joint every evening and during the weekend) and I'm careful where I exhale the smoke.

Not sure to get your point. But anyway, my AC cleaner did the job so I'm no longer in need of an electrician.

Hello fellow Bangkokians, not sure if it is the right forum to post (admin feel free to move my post if I'm not in the correct sub forum) but I'm looking for a competent electrician. I have electric problems in my condo and I would like to find a professional to come inspect and make a quote to fix it. I don't mind paying a bit more if I'm sure that the job is done properly (I don't want a handyman who will do a quick fix which might transform into bigger problem later). Thanks.

Almost 11 years here and saw only one old farang (50 years+) getting beat up by 4/5 ladyboy on walking street. Didn't see what started the fight. I have been involve in only one tricky situation, on the highway between chon buri and bangkok, a lunatic minivan driver didn't like that I overtake him and the car in front of him before he does, he chased me and hit the break when he was ahead of my car, casually stop and go out of van (on the right lane) with other car driving 100+km/h on middle and left lane. He didn't have any weapon with him so I just fake a phone call to police and he left as casually as he stopped.

Hi, I personally recommend Alchemi botanics (close to W market) and weed express (BTS phra khanong). More expensive than online buying but I found really decent weed there (depends on the week though).
