Says 3M on the packet. They cost 20 Baht a pair, or thereabouts.

    Them's the ones.

I find that if you roll them up, and use the opposite side hand to grab the top of your ear and pull up and out, it allows the ear canal to elongate and increase in size. This ensures an easy insertion, and good comfort.

Wear them 12 hours a day when working - no pain issues.

Hi, canthai55; thanks for your response.

The ear plugs you suggest are the one's I've been using. I buy them at the local drug store. They do a great job at cutting out all noise, too. But I'm more interested in those that reduce the damaging wind noise but allow other frequencies to pass.

Are the 3M brand - or some generic brand ?

Yes, one can buy high quality cooking oils here, which is what I do.

    But no restaurants will...

Well, I do not know about Phuket. Tourist trap is what I found.

Find it hard to believe that there are no good cooks on the whole island.

But seems you are looking for what can only be achieved if you cook it.

Sorry, today it was a big mess and the queue was too long. There are so many middle points/steps to go to and the instructions weren't clear on what the next step is.

I wouldn't call that 'going smoothly'. I can't comment about the queue situation before today.

It seems that it started becoming worse when someone announced 'walk-in' on the internet.

They call your number - you go.

He checks your paperwork, gives you directions. You go.

And on ... and on ... and on

What did you find so difficult ?

Cool. I cook all my food, as I have developed the understanding that Thai food was real bad food. Nobody knows how to cook healthy here.

    What are you saying ?

Of course SOME cooks use MSG, old oil, yadda yadda yadda

But some only use fresh organic produce, olive oil, fresh meat and fish.

Suggest you get out more and find the good restaurants.

I ate breakfast in one of my all time favorite places this morning.

Glass noodles with basil, mixed veg, sour sausage, Hom Mali Mai (Thai jasmine rice), sweet green curry, fried eggs.  Delicious.

60 baht - try making it yourself for that price

Are there any second hand markets here in Thailand (online)? I understand that a new from dealer is somewhere around 150,000 - 180,000 Baht, is this correct?

Check Facebook groups. Many many bikes for sale. You can filter so just the model you want comes up
