My view - do what you want without hurting others.
If you want to dress in a chicken suit and swing off the chandelier - go for it.
Just don't use the one in my house. (suit or chandelier !!! 555)
It is skin in a tube, or skin folded, or skin in a circle.
Big Deal

Sadly no state can be trusted, under your proposal rich people and government officials would all end up being pretend farmers.
The way of the world - some are wolves, most are sheep.
When I was young every neighborhood had all essential services available locally - grocery, butcher, laundry and dry cleaning, barber shops, etc.
I remember when the first shopping mall was built, and the first houses built in suburbia.
This spelled the end for all those Mom and Pop places, and required the ownership of a car.
Miles from nowhere. Built on farm land they bought cheap, put in sewer and water, and built cheapo houses which they sold for a small fortune.

We need factories. We don't need cars.
Yup - I take it you mean trucks too ?
So no food deliveries to major cities, and no way for people who live outside them to get to the city ?
No ambulances for people who have a heart attack ?
No way to get to work ? So no jobs, so no money, so no food, so starve to death ?
Have you ever considered running for public office ?

Enroute Wat Chan to Samoeng. Riding up a climbing RH turn and a young man on a Fino came flying down the hill, crossed the centreline. I moved right onto the edge of the road, and his mirror glanced off my mirror.
Stopped and looked back - huge could of dust.
Turned around and went back, bike was in pieces, man lying face down bleeding from many cuts and scrapes.
Grabbed my first aid kit and helped as much as I could. Other traffic stopped and offered assistance too.
Police showed up in about 15 minutes, asked what happened. I told them, they loaded up the young man into an ambulance, bike in the back of a police pickup.
They never asked me for ID card, Drivers license, nothing.

We can have sex without adding to the population now.
Sigh.
Ah - I see ...
People who live in a cardboard house and have a very hard time finding enuf to eat should buy contraceptives instead ?
I take it that sigh was for your own benefit as a remedy to not understanding this ?

First class insurance - never a problem.
Cars are all late model, clean, good shape

Thanks.
Reversed the voltage converter - still does the Click.
Will try those on Lazada.
Appreciate the help everyone.
The ferrite one just clamps over the wire itself ? Never seen one of these

Assuming a 2-pin plug on the converter input, try reversing the converter plug.
It is 3 wire, but the plug from the stereo is 2 wire. Reversed the plug - just waiting for the fridge to cycle

The stereo I brought from the West, so is 120V 60Hz
I am using a voltage converter to power it , then the VR I showed, then a Toshino Surge protector, then the wall outlet.

Have you tried temporarily moving the stereo or fridge to a different circuit? If that fixes it then a more permanent re-wire could be the answer.
Switching "clicks" are a nightmare to get rid of (at least you know the source) but a standard UPS probably won't help unless it has extra mains filtering. An expensive "dual-conversion" UPS may fix the issue but they are most definitely not a cheap option (an inverter based fridge would probably be cheaper).
Does your stereo use an external power supply / wall wart? You could try powering it from batteries.
As a first attempt I used an extension cord, running to a separate circuit, to power the fridge. Also spliced in a ground wire as the fridge is just 2 wire - typical Thailand or is internally grounded. Click went away.
Just a right Pain to spend all that $$$ on rewiring and have to run a <deleted> extension cord !!!

Had the whole house rewired in the fall, from the service wires.
New panel, wiring, outlets, switches - everything.
Have the house surround sound powered thru an inverter, to stop the voltage fluctuations when the power goes off. No issues.
Also have an outdoor stereo, powered direct from the house wiring.
On the same circuit is a refrigerator, and every time it shuts off I hear a loud click thru the speakers.
Bought one of these - attached below, which while it weakened the click did not remove it completely.
Any quick and easy fix, or should I just buy a UPS and connect thru that ? Will it stop the dreaded 'Click'
Thanks

Sooooo, millions of people that have known for years and years and years that they don't have enough water, continue to overpopulate their areas to the point that they might die because of drought.
The human race is a strange beast, IMO.
And what - pray tell - do the poor, uneducated huddled masses have besides sex ?
You have said before that you were taken by an X - did you not know that this has been going on for years and years ?
