Explain your situation and ask them to E-mail a copy of the Life Certificate. Fill it in and get it witnessed and then send it back EMS at the Post Office. On the form is a limited profession list but if you Goggle Life Certificate Witness it comes up with a long list. DWP where very helpful. They even unfroze my pension and received it after a few days.I doubt they would unfreeze yours until they get the Certificate ! I used a local Lawyer as witness Good luck.
