    Tourists can be just as bad. I was having a beer at a bar on a busy intersection in our town. Pedestrian crossing had just been repainted bright red and white. Lights were on green. 3 ladies stepped on the crossing and started across. I yelled 'Stop' and they scurried back. After I explained in a not so calm manner how things work out here, one of the woman said 'I thought they would stop' !
