  1. Under the current constitution the role of PM does not need to be held by an MP so Pita can still be elected. No different to the outgoing PM who was not an elected MP.
  2. Shall can be used as an order. Oxford English Dictionary. Ex: Candidates shall remain in their seats until all the papers have been collected.
  3. Please read the actual will it is stated clearly that the English version will be followed. It also stops anybody changing it in the Thai version. It is made in both English and Thai language. In the case of any discrepancy between the English language and Thai language, the English language shall be used for interpretation. In case of revocation of this Last Will and Testament, such revocation shall not be completed unless it is effected in all the duplicates.
  4. I was informed that the will should be in English and Thai. If there is any problem the English section is to be followed. This is the will form that has been recommended and my Lawer a family friend says it is suitable, LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF.docx
  5. I was talking about showing beer on the internet not a review, I understood that any display of beer was illegal.
  6. The law do not seem to do much about it. A blogger continually shows beer even when he is on a trip with TAT and also asks people to pay him monthly for his bloggs. So if its ok for him why not for the rest of us.
  7. Tesco is now doing Australian steaks and mince. Found them to be quiet edible with good flavour and not too expensive.
  8. A pity that the officials could not pay attention to the match. The phone and talking was more important.
  9. I have a last will and testament which is in English and followed by Thai. My assets in Thailand will all go to my son and I do not expect any problems. I am not sure about my assets in the UK I will supply an English will but not sure if they will accept Thai witnesses although one will be my lawyer. Any advice would be helpful. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT 2.docx
  10. I was executer to my friend when he died I sent the Thai death certificat to the UK pensions dept they had no problem accepting it in Thai.
  11. I can remember the good old days. Passport to the British Embassy Monday collect new passport Tuesday or Wednesday. Then money saving by outsourcing to Hong Kong then to the UK.
  12. I also thought it was illegal but a well know blogger is always posting pictures of beer on his twitter site.
