@Grusa It would still be useful if you could post a photo of your distribution board with the lid off, if for no reason other than interest to work out what you were seeing.
@Rookiescot Imagine an open neutral which is being somewhat bypassed by all those (not perfect) earth rods, it's quite easy to imagine the "earth" getting to somewhere rather less than the supply potential.
Aye I'm still struggling to think where the cause could be located.
OP where is your neutral point located?

Don’t you think they’ve already done that?
Not in the way it has happened in countries like Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
My understanding is there are places in those countries where the locals are not allowed to go. Entire towns full of casinos owned by the Chinese, run by the Chinese, staffed with Chinese and only Chinese customers.

I dont understand the voltages.
Your supply will be 220v.
As for 150v thats got me scratching my head. You would need to put the supply through a step down transformer to get that.
Then the whole thing disappears?
Honestly mate I got no idea right now but I will keep thinking about it.

Not sure about allowing foreigners to own land in Thailand. If they open that floodgate the Chinese will have bought the place up within a week.
They should at the very least get rid of the 90 day reporting though. Its pointless. Only people here with a valid visa do it. So it catches no-one who is not legal.
For most its a waste of a morning but for some its a two hour drive each way to the nearest immigration office.

You mean all 3 of the farang bars are shut down? ????
No actually it would be nearer 30 bars bars.
Of course the local Bangkok hospital wants the land they are all sitting on so again make of that what you will.

Error. I just looked up the definition of celibacy and according to google it's abstaining from sex AND marriage.
Surely they are both the same?

OK having lived in Thailand for a number of years now I suspect this announcement has been made because the Baht is on the edge of collapsing.
If you are going to make any kind of transactions INTO baht from a foreign currency I suggest waiting a week or two.

Probably anyone is allowed to join.

Joking aside this is where building codes come into play.
Back in the west a sprinkler system would be mandatory for a place like that.
Sometimes it seems Thailand is catching up with developed countries but in other areas you suddenly realise no, its not.
-
When I lived in a city I always tried to use the same tuk tuk drivers and tipped them well.
They would get to know my routine and would be waiting for me when the pubs closed. Sometimes declining fares from other people wanting a tuk tuk to ensure they got my custom to take me back home.
Look after people and they will often look after you.

One can only wonder about reciprocity in almost all cases of love, maybe.
And, perhaps in this case, it might be more a matter of symbiosis.
So you are sniffing around a married woman.
You can try and paint this in whatever glowing and florid terms you want but that's the reality.
-
If you are sniffing around a woman who you know is already involved with someone else then you deserve all that's coming your way.
And believe me it will be coming your way.

I think a significant number of us are completely sick of the plague, the way it has been handled here, the draconian measures put into place, the punishing and highly selective application of restrictions, the economic destruction, the pain inflicted on the poor and lower income Thais, and the extreme level of fear of the Zombie Apocalypse.
Get thee behind me is right! Get out now. Go away. Please.
Selective is right.
The only area of Udon which is shut down is the soi with the ferang bars on it.
Make of that what you will.

C'mon guys it was only flour.
And not processed by a Thai court so it doesn't count anyway.

OK you have managed to find 2 or 3 then.
Contrast with somewhere like the Bahamas.
The rich can go anywhere. Very few of them choose Thailand.

Dude, just check the land office registry of people who own fancy houses or yachts here if u need to know their names.
What's ur plan, robbing them?
Maybe go after the billionaires, better payout.
Of course you can own a house in Thailand, keep the misinformation going.
So you cant name any. OK.

1 out of 6 american retirees is a millionaire....
8.8% of all americans are millionaires, that's 22 mio people alone from america.
There's over 5 mio millionaires in broke china, tiny germany has like 3 mio millionaires.
15% of all swiss are millionaires, there's around 60 mio millionaires in the world.
But yeah, no one would ever go to and stay in Thailand. ridiculous.
Even Thailand itself has 90 000 thai millionaires...
You are cute tho, typical broke person having fantasies of "millionaires" being anything special and living a different live while most of them are just everyday people you will never know about, shopping in the same Tesco supermarket as everyone else.
Who the hell retires in the maldives or seychelles? It's not a place to live, it's a place for a holiday but that's it. There's nothing to do.
Still waiting for a list of countries that tick those boxes i mentioned outside of Thailand, let's see and compare them.
Whether they are special or not they are not flocking to Thailand and are not buying pointless Elite visas mostly because they cant even own a house here and cant be bothered with 90 day reports.
Go ahead and name some of the millionaires who have retired here.

Just wondering if the earth spikes could be the source of the voltage?
With heavy rain and a raised water table those "earths" might be conducting between each other.
