Yeah, not sure why he disappeared. Hopefully he's doing well. Perhaps somebody had upset him a bit too much. Sometimes he seemed to take things a bit too personally. So maybe he just had enough. Not sure though.

He had another account after that for a while where the username sounded kind of like a Thai name mixed with another word. I can't remember it now. But eventually, that account got shuttered too I believe. I don't think he's been back since then. He had such a distinct and nasty posting style. I think if he was back again it would stand out and we would know it.

NowNow was a cross between Bob Smith (BarBoy) and Susanlea etal. Huge ego, lots of boasting, and an angry passive aggressive troll who tried to trigger anyone for no good reason. Never any humor in his attacks, very much a Susanlea trait. Everything from him was always served up cold. Eventually, I think he got banished after being involved in a big bickering battle with another member. Thank goodness he's gone. Can't imagine anyone misses him.

Tell me that you're being facetious and don't tell me that you really don't understand what the phrasing "Yagoda or nothing" means. Meanwhile, how could you not love all of his poor judgment and MAGA ways of seeing the world in a distorted backwards reality?

Because of his age, he could have dementia and also have a very weakened sense of smell. Just saying. But I'm not attempting to solve this case. I have no idea if he is responsible for her death or not. Hopefully the authorities are able to figure it out eventually. It is a pretty peculiar situation. But sometimes truth is also stranger than fiction.

Scams are for fools. And normally only greedy fools fall victim to them. Over 30 years ago, after only 1 day in Thailand, as I was stumbling in the afterglow, after emerging from my first sudsy experience, I got whisked off to a shop for a jewelry scam. This was pre-internet and before the availability of all the thousands of scam warnings about Thailand that are now plastered everywhere. I was being polite by agreeing to go to the jewelry shop, but I have no interest in gems and, shortly after I arrived at the shop, I realized it was a scam and walked out. They appeared angry and I'm glad they didn't become violent. My advice is not to even tempt fate by being gracious or curious. Just walk away every time before things with a scam go too far. Now there is no excuse at all for falling for any of these petty scams. Warnings are everywhere.
