They know what they do, it's typical politics create or allow the problems so they can provide their solution which is always licensing, permission then they remove the permission for the many and provide it for the few

this is just the big players monopolising as they do again and again bring in licensing dish out licenses for everyone then only renew for a few they done exactly the same with crypto exchanges here

This is an insured commercial property, not a residential dwelling If my business, i would let the needy take whatever was covered by the insurance in such difficult times If there was no liability, i would hand it out to them, but that is obviously not possible, as you could be liable so just let them have at it, as it cannot be sold now anyway

Some real sad cases in here (not a surprise) caring more about a multi million dollar corporation's waste and social morals than the immediate needs of those suffering some who have lost their homes, have no access to power or food etc It is easy to look down on desperate others in need when not in their situation The entire stock will be written off as flood damaged.
