I think most of the riots in the UK have been to do with a feeling that authorities have singled out minority communities rather than riot about them being in the UK, defeats the object of your post. As for warming to us, when they get off the Dinghy's do we give them nice blankets, some food, money and a nice place to live? (and more recently let their families come over while they sort their fake Asylum out as 30 years olds pretending to be 15 so Social services will take care of them?)

I agree for sure with that and I doubt Trumps target would directly be Thailand in particular it would more than likely be anyone showing support to China like you said. He (or his administration) have tried to do the same to the UK if they don't pick a side between Europe and the US (as much as I disagree with a lot of Starmers policies he has rightly essentially told him to F off) all playground type stuff if you ask me!

I think the 100% is scaremongering, Starmer has made his postition clear on bowing to the US even if he needs to sort things out like immigration policies, it will likely be 25% like most other countries including the UK.
