  1. i would say dangerous or reckless, and of course no mention of drugs/alcohol or both in the driver's blood..so once again the Court will decide..Im just being courteous in another's country by offing a prayer..RIP
  2. that's what the Court's of Law are for to decide any penalty and/or compensation.
  3. ..agreed!..the driver casually exited the car, not looking at the injured rider seated..instead of normally stepping straight from the car, notice how he turned to his right facing his own car as he shut the door, totally ignoring the rider, then casually walked to inspect the front of his car...shame on you driver for not rendering assistance first! PS. I can't see any right hand indicator flashing although it maybe the new LED strip type. Regardless the motor cy entered the frame very late after the car had almost completed the turn and as mentioned could easily have avoided the car if travelling slower and paying more attention.

  11. open forum..some of us have qualifications too and experience..save the silly inferences and PM her if you wish.

Please see a Gastroenterologist, he may wish to do a Gastroscopy to visually identify and take a Biopsy for Microbiology...common antibiotic cocktail is amoxicillin, clarithromycin (Biaxin®), metronidazole (Flagyl®) and tetracycline. They usually do a follow-up Gastroscopy to verify the drugs effectiveness or adjust the combination. Good luck.
  13. pre 1983 was known as Campylobacter, now known as Helicobacter pyloris...dirty water, chicken, seafood etc. Luning G et al. Campylobacter pylori becomes Helicobacter pylori. Lancet 1989 Oct 28 2 10191020 FYI.
