The rental agents rake it in here. They try to charge 20% on the monthly rent. The 1.5% in uk is ok as the agents normally have a decent salary too.

Two banana skins today and one side pulled it off.
So what went wrong for those blue sheikhs today? Are wolves that good? I'm half expecting bareback to cry about var or something. Seems to be the easiest excuse.

Happy with that. Brighton are no pushovers and confidence would have been high for them after their last game. Very impressed with Chris hughton just gets on with it with little to no drama.
Was worried during the last 5 minutes but this defence is not like previous seasons.

Just a guess but a while back you had a fall and this scared you and prompted the health concerns. Big scar on head. Since then you have totally changed your tune. Prior to that life appeared good for you and you made damn sure everyone knew it. Ukrainian to Canadian to Thailand farang (interest in astrology) with very supportive wife and you were coining it in with some job too. But the last 4 months your view changed and your main reason for deserting appears to be health.
Totally understand but why slag off the country you were happy in for 5 years. As I said before you sound unconvinced and I'm sorry to say; a bit bitter. I hope your health turns round 360 and you make a come back. Good luck TGFAF.

Just now, theguyfromanotherforum said:No, there isn't. I had a tenant living in my place for the past 4 years and paying my mortgage. He moved out and I moved in. The plan is (was?) to fix up the place a bit and charge more rent. I also have some health issues that are worse in Thailand.I just don't want to go back to a filthy country anymore.
If you think there is anything else you can add it to the story with your vivid imagination.
What a he'll does it mean "bottled it??"
Absolutely bottled it. Best get on the Canada forum lad.

Bottled it big time, the guy who lived rent free with his wife as a joint bread winner and he Bottled it. Reckon there's much more to this story than your willing to admit.
Enjoy the view, don't get any ideas.

I don't mean this as a flame & am trying not to be too cynical.... but ! If this is really concerning you, maybe you should change flight to the Thursday or Friday am.
We do the TM30 report ourselves but I've just never done it over a weekend so I just wish to know if the reporting time frame accounts for the weekend or not.
You should drink stronger coffee

I was making the point that they didn't come through your youth as Ronnie suggested.
However, 900k wasn't exactly cheap at that time and you also smashed the transfer record between british clubs when you signed Peter Beardsley at about the same time (almost 2m wasn't it).
5 years previous to us signing Barnes, Trevor Francis was the first 1m player so these figures were nothing new or obscene plenty of other clubs were spending similar amounts or even more. Bryan Robson was like 1.5m in early 80's and mark Hughes a bit later was more than Barnes but we ruled the roost so no reason we should not be competing for the title this season as we never had the most cash EVER so it's nothing new and the truth is real footy fans and neutrals would prefer the underdog to win than a manufactured team built on fat cash injections.

Let's say I fly in late Friday afternoon and the immigration office is closed to do a TM30 declaration. Am I ok to go in on the Monday and submit it or will I will be fined for not doing it within 48 hours of arrival? Surely if they are not open on the weekend it's not a fine for this?

I have tried using the Thai FDA site to check an FDA certificate is real but I get an error page for the link I was provided. Has anyone got a link where I can check if a medical device is thai FDA certified?

Quite a bitter person aren't you. So you don't mind spending the big money it's just because you haven't spent as much as us that you have a problem. Sound like your manager who made a daft statement about never spending and then what did you spend this summer? About £160m
No and I never realised why emoticons are required until now I thought some people could read between the lines like.

There's shrewd and NO Premiers and then there is Man City and THREE Premiers.
Sorry lad but even if you had 10 I still do not have you on par with us. Great expensive squad like but when you play us your put in your place pretty much everytime. I'm not doing this with city again this season anyway. It's below me. Your just like a lottery millionaire. Lucky. That's it. Did not work for it did not grow belief from history, just handed to you on a plate. A handout. That kind of glory will taste good to anyone who never tasted proper glory like. So that's that chaps. Keep it I'd rather wait and win it our way we do not need the "it could be you" luck.

Why's that? Because you haven't spent any money!!
Exactly. Compared to you lot who start high fiving each other when you get 8 million for an academy starlet and spend 500m every 2 years. There's shrewd and then there is man city.

yeah absolutely, thought Moura looked like he's REALLY started to shake that almost season long spell in the wilderness at psg off and for almost the first time since he joined, he looked like the player who was coveted by the big boys in europe and att psg paid shit loads for. an he could make a significant contribution this season, all shaping up 2b an interesting one and how long b4 our squad's safe? 7 days is it? ,, fingers crossed...
Or lads may be playing out their skin until the window shuts!

9000 baht per head + free house and a motorbike and 2 days off a week is a good deal. Next to no overheads for the workers. I'd love to send you my brother in law but I'm sure he would try and escape within 2 hours.
What about a rolling bonus. Take 500 baht off the monthly per head and hold it as a yearly bonus.
Shocked you cannot retain staff with that deal.
For a 6 hour day too. Shocking.

I did get sick from a lack of hydration and over exerting myself in the sun a few months ago. I got a bee in my bonnet as my Mrs family grew a load of lovely mangoes and no one was picking them. So we drove 80km booked into a local hotel with a then 1 year old child. Went to the in laws and spent 4 hours picking and collecting mangoes. Got 4 sacks of 10-15 kg and carried them 200 metres in the baking heat. Big mistake. Get to hotel and was completely fatigued from sun stroke and lack of hydration. Vomited a bit and slept badly with a very hurt head. Had me worried as nearest hospital was 30km away and a death trap in itself anyway. Thankfully the next day I felt 70% so we escaped home and I recovered fully within 24 hours. So my days of being a hero are over. Lesson learned.

Madrid look a shambles at present. Weird how they have not planned the transition well with Ronaldo leaving. Massive gaping hole in that team now.
