No, the end result for them was that they entered Gaza to take hostages and sell them, they did not care what happened to them once they were sold to Hamas -

No they took them to sell them to Hamas, they took them for blood money. $10,000 was the going rate per hostage. You are so naïve -

reason being they are spoon fed by Al Jazeera For most Palestinians, October 7’s savagery is literally unbelievable. Blame the TV news? Al Jazeera and others largely ignored Hamas atrocities, bolstering distrust of Israeli accounts; one poll found 97% in West Bank deny the monstrous acts committed against civilians. No Israeli civilians were killed in the October 7 onslaught on communities near Gaza, Palestinian diplomat Abdullah Abu Shawesh claimed matter of factly to Al Jazeera last week. Accounts of rape and other atrocities “were lies,” he said, dismissing the overwhelming evidence that Hamas’s slaughter of 1,200 people in southern Israel included indiscriminate massacres and sexual violence. On the Palestinian street, Shawesh’s claims are not the views of a fringe conspiracy theorist, but rather reflective of mainstream beliefs, with polling and other evidence showing high levels of denialism regarding the savagery visited upon southern Israel that day. https://www.timesofisrael.com/for-most-palestinians-october-7s-savagery-is-literally-unbelievable-blame-the-tv-news/ -

Yes I am sure that there is no justification. No previous grivience can excuse Oct 7th. I do not sit on a fence about that. I do not evoke history or cause and effect. Nor will courts if any of those killers and rapists face them. -

You need some English comprehension. Making excuses for Oct 7th is justifying the actions. Using a defense for terrorists murdering raping and taking innocent people hostage -

You are forever justifying the attacks every time you evoke history or cause and effect as a reason to why the terrorists committed atrocities -

I live in the world where fact trump speculation. But noted you define facts as propaganda. Weak. Very weak. As is your link which has nothing to do with my post. -

That's you saying that not me, here is what the experts say: Israel has not created a gold standard in civilian harm mitigation in war. That implies there is a standard in civilian casualties in war that is acceptable or not acceptable; that zero civilian deaths in war is remotely possible and should be the goal; that there is a set civilian-to-combatant ratio in war no matter the context or tactics of the enemy. But all available evidence shows that Israel has followed the laws of war, legal obligations, best practices in civilian harm mitigation and still found a way to reduce civilian casualties to historically low levels. https://www.newsweek.com/israel-has-created-new-standard-urban-warfare-why-will-no-one-admit-it-opinion-1883286 -

You are not getting this are you. You claimed it was murder, you cannot back it up. Once the rules for the lawful killing in war are given to you, then you are still in denial. Even if they new which has no credible link they did, then it would still not be illegal as it depends on proportionality as defined in Rue 14. -
