Regardless Spain is recognizing Gaza as a Palestinian state as of today. The same Gaza that is under control of Hamas. They say its to foster peace between Israel and Palestine, I guess they forgot Hamas has promised to do the same thing again and again. They also forgot that Hamas does not recognize Israel as a state.

Did you notice I was correcting you, it was not aimed at just one, fact. It was only after a barrage of rockets from Rafah, fact. What is also a fact is that Hamas is still holding hostages in Rafah. Can you provide evidence that this incident is a war crime as you are now claiming?
