No, the UN did not 'investigate' anything. In fact, Israel has refused repeated UN requests to verify and investigate their claims of mass rape, More lies. Ms. Patten. The UN: “What I witnessed in Israel were scenes of unspeakable violence perpetrated with shocking brutality,” Ms. Patten recalled. Detailing her methodology, she said that her team met with families of hostages and members of communities displaced from several kibbutzim. It conducted confidential interviews with 34 individuals, including survivors and witnesses of the 7 October attacks, released hostages, first responders and health and service providers. It visited four attack sites — as well as the morgue to which the bodies of victims were transferred — and reviewed over 5,000 photographic images and some 50 hours of footage of the attacks. “It was a catalogue of the most extreme and inhumane forms of killing, torture and other horrors,” including sexual violence, she stated. The team also found convincing information that sexual violence was committed against hostages, and has reasonable grounds to believe that such violence may still be ongoing against those in captivity. https://press.un.org/en/2024/sc15621.doc.htm

But nobody claimed there was mass rape, there was plenty though, including gang rape. The UN report has very credible claims of rapes and ongoing sexual abuses of hostages, more than allegations which is all that is in your links, including autopsy, witnesses, photographic. You should also note that since the report, released hostages have also "confirmed" the sexual abuse the were victims to in Gaza. Of course Hamas denied all this much the same as you. But the UN also investigated the claims made by the Palestinians. "The UN report also said there had been allegations of sexual violence against Palestinians in Israeli custody, including "unwanted touching of intimate areas" and "prolonged forced nudity" in detention settings, during house raids and at checkpoints after 7 October. The report said that while no instances of rape against Palestinians were reported, conservative cultural norms could have impeded reporting of sexual assault."

Don't allow your religion/ethnicity, or whatever you call being Jewish, blind you from reality. Do you not realize how anti-Semitic that is, do you really need it explained to you? -

No, the end result for them was that they entered Gaza to take hostages and sell them, they did not care what happened to them once they were sold to Hamas -

No they took them to sell them to Hamas, they took them for blood money. $10,000 was the going rate per hostage. You are so naïve -

reason being they are spoon fed by Al Jazeera For most Palestinians, October 7’s savagery is literally unbelievable. Blame the TV news? Al Jazeera and others largely ignored Hamas atrocities, bolstering distrust of Israeli accounts; one poll found 97% in West Bank deny the monstrous acts committed against civilians. No Israeli civilians were killed in the October 7 onslaught on communities near Gaza, Palestinian diplomat Abdullah Abu Shawesh claimed matter of factly to Al Jazeera last week. Accounts of rape and other atrocities “were lies,” he said, dismissing the overwhelming evidence that Hamas’s slaughter of 1,200 people in southern Israel included indiscriminate massacres and sexual violence. On the Palestinian street, Shawesh’s claims are not the views of a fringe conspiracy theorist, but rather reflective of mainstream beliefs, with polling and other evidence showing high levels of denialism regarding the savagery visited upon southern Israel that day. https://www.timesofisrael.com/for-most-palestinians-october-7s-savagery-is-literally-unbelievable-blame-the-tv-news/ -

Yes I am sure that there is no justification. No previous grivience can excuse Oct 7th. I do not sit on a fence about that. I do not evoke history or cause and effect. Nor will courts if any of those killers and rapists face them. -

You need some English comprehension. Making excuses for Oct 7th is justifying the actions. Using a defense for terrorists murdering raping and taking innocent people hostage -

You are forever justifying the attacks every time you evoke history or cause and effect as a reason to why the terrorists committed atrocities -
