Of the one I did look at that was published in Lancet it clearly states that viral loads on vaccinated are reduced so not as infectious to other people although they can still pass it on.

There is a big difference from volunteering to undertake extra duties for another company and not getting paid and volunteering for for a request from Elon to carry out duties for normal or overtime pay.
