  1. Most of the climate models were accurate. In addition: "Today, the models are much more sophisticated. Mainframe computers driven by paper punch cards have given way to supercomputers running trillions of calculations in 1 second. Modern models account for myriad interactions, including ice and snow, changes in forest coverage, and cloud formation—things that early modelers could only dream of doing. But Hausfather and his colleagues still wanted to see how accurate those bygone models really were."
  2. "Indictments inspired by radical Da's" Indictments handed down by the jury who saw the evidence actually
  3. It is rather satisfyingly I agree, particularly since trump is known for his racist attacks. How Trump’s attacks on prosecutors build on history of using racist language and stereotypes NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump’s aggressive response to his fourth criminal indictment in five months follows a strategy he has long used against legal and political opponents: relentless attacks, often infused with language that is either overtly racist or is coded in ways that appeal to racists. The early Republican presidential front-runner has used terms such as “animal” and “rabid” to describe Black district attorneys. He has accused Black prosecutors of being “racist.” He has made unsupported claims about their personal lives. And on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump has deployed terms that rhyme with racial slurs as some of his supporters post racist screeds about the same targets. https://apnews.com/article/trump-race-georgia-indictment-new-york-prosecutors-04b69a8f3e4873eadb03c132cdee09c8?
  4. Serves them right, a few days ago they mislead the judge in claiming they had to sift through 11.5 million pages of documents likening it to having to read 78 copies of War and Peace a day. In actual fact much of the documentation is duplicated and a lot already made public to them for months. The defense review also produced many documents twice: once to show the original source from which the government obtained the document, and again in a separate witness folder if the document was used in interviewing a witness. In actual fact the discovery in this case is somewhat like 78 copies of War and Peace, but not in the way the defense meant, after you read the first one, you don’t need to read the other 77. In yesterdays hearing the defense counsel were getting ever more heated refusing to budge even one day in their proposed hearing date of April 2026 until the judge had to tell them to calm down. "She gave the defense team several opportunities to come up with a more realistic proposed trial date. He refused to budge even one month or one day." Let justice commence.
  5. Even 50-year-old climate models correctly predicted global warming Climate change doubters have a favorite target: climate models. They claim that computer simulations conducted decades ago didn't accurately predict current warming, so the public should be wary of the predictive power of newer models. Now, the most sweeping evaluation of these older models—some half a century old—shows most of them were indeed accurate. https://www.science.org/content/article/even-50-year-old-climate-models-correctly-predicted-global-warming
  6. The hammer has been dropped. Trump's Jan 6th case trial date set for 4th March 2024. Prosecution wanted Jan 2024 but Trumps defense wanted April 2026. Trump’s Jan. 6 trial raises the stakes for the Florida presidential contest https://www.politico.com/news/2023/08/28/trump-jan-6-trial-florida-presidential-contest-00113244
  7. 91 indictments were not handed down by journalists.
  8. You woke up with a severe case of projection this morning. You must have been dreaming of your dear leader aka "Tiny"
  9. Maybe you should actually read his post in its entirety and supply referenced sources to your claims if you want to be taken seriously.
  10. ooops new poll from Emerson College which has an A rating from fivethirtyeight for its accuracy. "A new Emerson College Polling survey of U.S. voters following the August Republican Primary debate finds half of Republican Primary voters (50%) plan to vote for Donald Trump, the lowest support to date for the former President in Emerson national polls. Trump’s support has dropped by six percentage points since last week’s pre-debate national poll." https://emersoncollegepolling.com/august-2023-national-poll-trump-debate-snub-may-open-door-for-other-candidates/ Trump was highest in April with 62%. I bet he won't be posting this on his truth Social
  11. But..but, the GOP said they had the smoking gun 3 months ago. Safe to say its evaporated into dust, again................
  12. Feel free if you want to talk about Biden and the threatened impeachment:
  13. I’ve been looking at this junk for decades. Yes I can see that.
  14. Here’s the antidote for the dystopian midevil pitch fork mob “In questions of science, the authority of a thousand is not worth the humble reasoning of a single individual.”- Galileo Galilei More poppy cock and yes I can see who you trust. I stick with evidence that includes the physical evidence of the reports.
  15. "large cross pendants" The 2004 Law
  16. I knew you were too lazy to look back, so saved you some time: HERE & HERE
  17. How many years ago did you decide not to have children to do your bit for climate change?
  18. What religion would that belong to?
  19. The law has been in place for many years (2004). This includes Kippahs and even large cross pendants. Sikh are also not allowed head dress in schools
  20. Actually this was updated with a new indictment to another document presented. #32 this is the one Trump talked about on the tape and admitted it was highly classified. The new indictment brings the number of counts Trump faces for retaining national defense information to up 32, with prosecutors adding a new count to the 31 they previously brought for a classified document described by prosecutors as a top secret “presentation concerning military activity in a foreign country.” Trump allegedly touted the document – which CNN previously reported related to Iran attack plans – in a taped July 2021 interview with biographers at his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club. https://edition.cnn.com/2023/07/27/politics/takeaways-new-charges-trump-classified-documents/index.html
  21. Could be a laundry list for all anyone on the jury would know on that basis. If I were on the jury and asked to believe something "just because", I'd acquit on the basis of reasonable doubt. No not a laundry list but highly classified information as detailed below: https://www.lawfaremedia.org/article/what-are-the-classified-documents-in-the-trump-indictment
  22. Trumps documents case in Florida with Judge Aileen M. Cannon?
  23. Transcript of speech? it was a brief talk chat with a reporter, the exact quote in the tweet I provided.
  24. What he actually said was: “Tentatively it is recommended that it will likely be recommended everybody get it no matter whether they’ve gotten it before or not,” he added. But of course townhall.com come up with their own version headline of: Biden Suggests He Will Mandate a COVID Booster for All Americans This Fall Which is simply untrue but then again what do you expect from them? A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information, a complete lack of transparency, and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for profit or influence https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/townhall/
