  1. They didn't have a lot of choice when declaring Martial Law did they?
  2. The war began after Hamas attacked Israel on 7 October, killing about 1,200 people and taking 251 others back to Gaza as hostages.
  3. Blinken's message: So my message to governments throughout the region, to people throughout the region is if you want a ceasefire. Press Hamas to say yes, if you want to alleviate the terrible suffering of Palestinians in Gaza press Hamas to say yes, if you want to get all the hostages home, Hamas to say yes, if you want to put Israelis and Palestinians alike on the path to more durable peace and security. Press Hamas to say yes, if you want to prevent this conflict from spreading Hamas to say yes. So the only party that has not accepted, the only party that's not said yes. Is Hamas.
  4. The hostages were not released, they were rescued................. Typical from that woman.
  5. How about returning half of the captives Reached the lowest of the low. They are hostages Neeranam.
  6. The mess as you put it was the war started by Hamas on Oct 7th and the continuing holding of innocent hostages.
  7. Its not laughable when you completely miss or ignore what Hamas themselves say about wiping out Israel and Jews.
  8. Says your favorite unsourced Hamas supporting outlet,

  10. Press Hamas to say yes. Blinken urges Middle East leaders to press Hamas for a ceasefire
  11. Stop deliberately spreading misinformation. ICJ did not tell them to stop Genocide, for that to happen there would have needed to be Genocide to begin with and that was never the case. Former ICJ President clarifies court's ruling on South Africa's case against Israel
  12. Amazing up close footage of the rescue mission released by Israeli Police. Video released by Israeli police shows moment hostages are rescued https://edition.cnn.com/videos/world/2024/06/10/hostage-rescue-israeli-police-barak-ravid-digvid.cnn
  13. In all reality who is to know how many hostages have perished as a result of IDF attacks . No idea but then we also do not know how many were murdered by Hamas. But the point of my post was hope to getting more out alive.
  14. They were not the first to be rescued by the IDF since Oct 7th. Not that you would care obviously.
  15. I knew what you meant the first time. This is not a competition where the one holding all the cards ie Hamas get to say how many times it offered a delusional deal. Go back to your playground games somewhere else, they are vile.
  16. What are you talking about, there should be no deals for hostage taking! Hamas can say whatever it wants and say a deal is rejected. They are carrying out a war crime everyday they hold them. Back on topic: Keeping hostages in civilian buildings is a war crime. - It turns the buildings into legitimate military targets. - It places all the civilians around them at severe danger. - Any civilian involved in keeping the hostages is not a civilian.
  17. Terrible this was going on as the hostages were rescued. Sick mob of Hamas supporters White House denounces ‘repugnant’ pro-Hamas rhetoric at DC protest against Israel ‘Where is the outrage?’ fumes ADL chief after demonstration outside White House that included calls to kill Zionists ‘aka the overwhelming majority of American Jews’ The Biden administration on Sunday slammed the “repugnant” rhetoric voiced at an anti-Israel protest outside the White House a day earlier, during which pro-Hamas and pro-Hezbollah demonstrators called for “jihad” and the killing of Zionists. “President Biden has always been clear that every American has the right to peacefully express their views. But he has also always been clear that antisemitism, violent rhetoric, and endorsing murderous terrorist organizations like Hamas is repugnant, dangerous and against everything we stand for as a country,” White House deputy spokesperson Andrew Bates tells The Times of Israel. https://www.timesofisrael.com/white-house-denounces-repugnant-pro-hamas-rhetoric-at-dc-protest-against-israel/
  18. That's ok, the IDF are on your tail and after you bro 'We will not surrender': Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh fumes after Israel frees hostages “Our people will not surrender, and the resistance will continue to defend our rights in the face of this criminal enemy,” Haniyeh reportedly said. “And if the occupation believes that it can impose its choices on us by force, it is delusional, and the movement will not agree to any agreement that does not achieve security for our people first and foremost.” https://www.jpost.com/breaking-news/article-805433
  19. Since when did it bode well for the hostages? Hamas again refused the last deal. Their hope was lost, 4 have been rescued, their hope is back.
  20. Latest ISW Update: NEW: Israeli War Cabinet minister Benny Gantz resigned from the coalition government on June 9. Gantz’s resignation will not on its own cause the collapse of the Netanyahu government. The IDF expects to conclude clearing operations in Rafah in the “next few weeks,” according to an Israeli Army Radio correspondent.
