  1. What in particular didn't you like about how Martial played? I'm a bit worried that our season might be resting on him
  2. Will they be thinking that? Or will they back their own ability and mindset to be better than Sancho has been? Sancho's form is his fault, not the club's. Looks like Ten Hag had read the riot act so let's see if he can resurrect himself. Rashford managed it
  3. Let's see. He's certainly as good if not better than those 2 at the same age. But can he continue to get better and do it season after season.... That remains to be seen.
  4. Did anyone watch last night? From the highlights seemed fairly comfortable
  5. Thanks for shedding some light on the matter.
  6. Did anyone go?
  7. Not that funny because we don't know how good they are. Even in your oil funded glory days, Charlie McNeil chose United over City. But it's sweet that you are so excited at signing Darren Fletcher's sons. As usual the best thing about you is your association with us.... Why do you think the Arabs wanted a Manchester club in the first place?
  8. Unfortunately the application form has about 10 sections.... Will take longer than my actual visa!
  9. Thanks... How did you contact them? Was it email? Feel free to PM. Thanks mate ????
  10. Thanks. Guess I might have to set aside a day to apply... The application form has many sections!
  11. This is for Malaysia, and I think they want it from country of origin
  12. Unfortunately that's for people living in England and Wales. This is for an overseas visa
  13. It seems UK embassies can't offer a letter or stamp a form to this effect.... the only option seems to go through ACRO in the UK - cost is about £50 and looks like delivery could take a while. The application is also a long one. Are there any other quicker options for proving I have no criminal record?
  14. Completely agree
  15. There's definitely an urgent need to go for a shower which you don't have after Thai massage
  16. I think the knots are just knots of muscle tissue? IMO having a massage a day isn't an issue. But obviously it isn't a complete replacement for exercise. The Thai massage is great for keeping you as supple and stretched as possible... But as we know, a lot comes down to the skill of your masseuse. My current massage lady is like a whirlwind and her work rate means she can get through about 3 times the activity of a slow massage lady within one hour.
  17. The oil massage may feel more relaxing, but it also has benefits such as targeting the little knots in your back and around your body, making it easier for your masseuse to run her hands over your skin and find the tough spots. The Thai massage is more a a rigurous massage and a great stretch, improving your flexibility and virtually giving your body a 'work out'. Both have their health benefits, and both have their place IMO... OP - nothing to stop you doing oil and Thai massage on alternate days. This can work well
  18. I think it was more that as he got older he became a 'normal' centre forward that relies on others for service more. Not so much selfish, just a victim of his previous ability in many ways
  19. Why do the media report on him a lot...let me see. Because he's one of the most famous people in the world? Nobody is forcing you to read / watch it
  20. I'm not saying it's the be all and end all I'm saying it's a big feature of how the game is played in regions like South America. And I explained why If you can't accept that it's you who is burying your head in the sand
  21. That's fine, but it's up to the officials to clamp down. It's the commentators / pundits job to call the game as they see it. They aren't to blame for how the next generation plays football. As long as there are footballers from poor countries, the sport will be played with a 'win at all costs' mentality. These players started playing that way to drag themselves and their families up from the gutter. Not for the entertainment of Champers and NE1 sat at home nursing a can of Leo And you are forgetting a valuable lesson kids can learn from watching real world top level football - life isn't fair
  22. Why wouldn't you name them? I think I know which country you are referring to
  23. It's not their job to make moral judgements. They called it clever because it is, it's more clever than it ever was to fool officials with VAR around. One of the reasons we like sport is because it reflects life. Some players cheat a bit and others play fair. The ones who cheat are running the risk of getting caught and punished. Anyone who says it doesn't add to the drama are not in tune with their own thoughts.
  24. But the commentators job is to call it as it is. And deceit helps to win football matches. It's the referees' and authorities' job to clamp down.
